慧安商場鄰近寶琳站,是新都城以外的覓食之地。這個90年代落成的舊式屋苑商場,毗鄰學校,商場內仍有不少小食店或餐廳在營業。今次搵食搵到來印度野!店舖細小,有堂食座位,但不多,多見街坊客來買外賣為主。咖喱口味有四款,較特別的是黑扁豆咖喱及菠菜咖喱,第一次試就先選些大路口味!咖喱套餐包白飯及罐裝飲品,加$15可轉蒜蓉烤餅 / 奶油烤餅 / 蒜蓉包,加$30可轉農夫包。點了份香料咖喱軟殼蟹 ($75)配蒜蓉烤餅 (Garlic Naan),咖喱味道香濃,夾雜淡淡香料味並帶點微酸及微辣,軟殼蟹份量足,炸得夠脆!蒜蓉烤餅熱焫焫夠脆口,充滿蒜蓉香,蘸咖喱汁來吃,好惹味!奶油咖喱吉列蠔 ($64)配奶油烤餅 (Paratha),奶油咖喱一點都不辣,香得來帶點微甜,質感creamy,對於怕辣人士,絕對容易入口!吉列蠔有4隻,蠔肉size適中,炸漿夠薄,好香脆。奶油烤餅為薄片狀,口感彈牙有嚼勁,與香脆的蒜蓉烤餅是截然不同的食法。這款稔身的烤餅配奶油咖喱都算不錯。芝士薯仔餡餅,意想不到的很好吃!一份有4件,新鮮熱焫炸起,炸得金黃香脆,外層炸漿薄,內裡的芝士薯仔餡料香軟細滑好creamy!綿密的薯蓉包裹著芝士,芝味十足又不掩蓋薯仔香!芒果乳酪 (Mango Lassi) 的芒果味香甜,惟稍欠乳酪那種酸甜感,酸甜度不夠突出。小小的店舖製作出來的食品都很用心,全部即點即製,夠熱焫焫,而且味道絕不輸於旺區的店舖,值得一試。 continue reading

細細間鋪頭仔,咖喱好味。叫左個奶油咖哩雞,味道好好,好適合香港人口味。唔太辣,有d甜,香料味夠足。不過個雞肉就差d,肉質好柴,應該係雞胸肉而且係醃左再急凍過。建議大家叫其他肉類嘅奶油咖哩。印度奶茶好香豆蔻味,我本人好喜歡。呢隻味唔係個個都鍾意,所以點餐需謹慎,先了解下印度奶茶係咩先。價錢方面,奶茶15 一個套餐64左右配罐裝飲料,小貴。對比起香港其他印度菜餐廳性價比算高。份量方面我自己個套餐轉了蒜香薄餅,好吃而且量足,有六塊餅,蘸咖哩吃一流,十分飽肚。 continue reading
