是夜和老婆來光顧晚飯。兩人點了肉骨茶中煲,馬拉盞通菜、招牌雞跟白飯、油菜和湯。招牌雞是豉油雞,很一般。馬拉盞通菜不錯,以煲仔上,熱辡辡,也不太油。肉骨茶的湯很濃藥材味,信相很足料。可惜湯內的豬肉和排骨都老得像柴皮一樣,又硬又鞋口。埋單一百四十幾,一般啦,但未必會再來啦。

第一次來食呢度個肉骨茶,濃淡適中,無想象中既難以入口,藥材味唔會濃郁得過分,有藥膳味既同時都好有肉味,唔錯!33蚊,份量都有D少,再點個雞油飯來送 就啱好 食得飽。我大食D,加多個招牌雞,點埋個蔥油來食 好香,淡淡都系肉,唔覺肥膩。原本系試個肉骨茶就OK既,最後變成豐盛既一餐。成個LUNCH食得好飽,而且價錢Ok,一百蚊都有找。 下次可以約埋D朋友再來食!除佐楊氏招牌雞、肉骨茶,仲可以試多其他嘢,隔離枱食既馬拉盞通菜、咖哩魚頭睇落都好好味。

食到一肚氣的一餐!見呢間楊氏肉骨茶好似幾出名, 就過黎試下叫了雞餐, 上枱時只見4小舊雞胸肉, 每舊雞肉得拇指咁上下size... 仲歪歪斜斜的求其放上碟上, 好似人地食剩餸頭餸尾咁幾廿蚊比碟咁既野我, 無名火起, 立即要求佢換店員態度勁差, 話無得揀架喎, 要換呀? 加錢啦!唔想食果碟野, 又唔想同佢嘈, 就加錢換碟雞脾再黎既雞肉份量依然不多, 味道唔可以話難食既, 但食到背脊骨落好少會比到咁劣評, 但真係好唔愉快既經歷. 請我都唔會再黎

其實巳經幫襯過這間楊氏肉骨茶數次.剛過去的星期日喺澳門返嚟,於是就同男朋友一齊去食.而次我哋兩個叫咗個二人套餐($188):肉骨茶(中煲)馬拉盞炒通菜例牌鷄油條白飯x2凍飲x2甜品肉骨茶好香唔油, 我最鍾意就係啲豆卜同腐竹皮,吸咗啲湯好好味!男朋友話啲肉離晒骨,好淋好好味!但是,我覺得藥味唔夠重令到湯味唔夠理想中的濃.馬拉盞炒通菜是一個失望.基本上通菜炒得好靚 - 好爽好嫩,但係馬拉盞只係虛有其表!有蝦米等材料卻毫無馬拉盞的味道! 選擇套餐中的另一選擇 - 蒜蓉炒通菜應該會比較滿意.鷄係一個推介! 啲豉油滷得啱啱好, 皮薄, 啲肉真係非常滑. 最欣賞嘅係佢哋嘅consistency. 佢哋嘅鷄真係每一次都咁有水準. 唯一美中不足就係唔夠鷄味. 已經第三次來, 肉骨茶不算差, 但藥材味唔夠, 比以前蘇杭街果間有少許差別, 但香港食到肉骨茶的地方不多, 所以都會繼續去. 肉骨茶裏有肋骨同腩肉, 提議點辣椒加咸豉油, 或只點甜鼓油都可. 另外可以配油飯, 米線, 白飯或油條. 今次揀左油條, 好唔新鮮, 浸肉骨茶尚可, 否則咬落去硬得好交關.

食物质素还可以,特别系个招牌鸡.未食过正宗肉骨茶,只系觉得佢个肉骨茶唔算好好味,算ok啦.但最令我惊愕既系阿姐将我地吐出黎既骨徒手攞走.相信阿姐唔会特登洗完手先攞菜出黎.仲有就系冷气好弱,今后相信唔会再去.

一踏入餐廳內,已飄來濃濃的藥材肉骨茶「香」,自問接受不了那勁重藥材。看見鄰枱客人正在食的肥美油雞,看似津津有味。就與同事要油雞餐,有雞、雞湯及油菜,並可配油飯、白飯及米線。所吃的部份是雞上脾,是全雞最特別嫩滑的部份,雞皮、雞肉滲入了豉油汁的美味,就是欠缺了那種鮮雞味。同事的油飯飯粒很爽身不油膩,但缺乏甘香。我配以加入雞湯的米線,湯底非常之清淡,可以讚他沒有加了添加劑。服務方面很有誠意及細心,在埋單時店員主動向我說,我不是油飯,可減收$2。而我又大頭蝦的遺漏了東西,伙計即時拎回俾我。

本人很喜歡肉骨茶. 每次到有肉骨茶的地方都會品嘗. 曾經在馬來西亞, 新加坡, 台灣, 中國大陸及在香港也曾吃過肉骨茶. 吃得最多算是在馬來西亞吧. 自己也懂做肉骨茶. 所以也有些心得. 我所吃過的肉骨茶, 最好是在馬來西亞. 他們做的湯味道不太咸. 吃的醬油也不一樣. 醬油的味道是比較甜. 其實, 每一家店都會在湯中放味之素, 所以如果你覺得太咸, 他們可能放得太多味之素之故. 如果, 很久沒有吃肉骨茶, 楊氏的肉骨茶也算不錯. 滿意啦!

This is one of the places you can find to have seats during lunch hours at Sheung Wan. They used to be so packed with people when the time they first started a few years ago. At that time, the food quality was good, but service was extremely lousy! This is the first time I tried after they moved to this new address. This is the first time I tried after they moved to this new address. The food quality is still averagely good & the quantity for the "pork tea" has improved. I and many customers alike did complain in the past that the soup was getting lesser & lesser. However, the service remains mediocre as I have ordered one pot of pork tea cost $35, the waitress asked me whether I want to go with rice. I say yes & there it goes serving me a bowl of rice without saying they will charge me an extra $6. Although a lot of places go without saying that a bowl of rice will be charged, they at least put in a tone that won't make you think it comes with the main course without extra charge. While I saw a lot of dishes in the menu are overly priced. How would I have the intention to order a small dish of tou-fu (with minced meat) that cost $22.

I will go there again if only I am not able to get a seat at other places.

在香港要吃到正宗的肉骨茶真的不易,以前在"蘇杭街"的楊氏做得不錯,味道有8成似馬來西亞肉骨茶的感覺,但是新開的這間只有6-7成似,味道太淡了,希望他們會改善吧...

香港地有好多地方都有星馬風味食店但要食到好的肉骨茶及喇沙就無幾多間.11點幾到係第一個客,叫了原味肉骨茶小煲(33)配米線($6)及喇沙($35).肉骨茶味道偏淡,略嫌藥材味不足但都幾足料.喇沙個湯底就好正,咖喱味及椰汁香濃但香而不辣,同星馬地方的食店有得比,油麵及米粉份量足但配料就少D.整體而言,喇沙好過肉骨茶.可能要改招牌.
