本身訂了bizou的,但身邊的伴說不想吃唯有轉場啦!就去左呢間個伴話好食的一入到去已經覺得招呼麻麻地,waitress 們可能見到我們是local 人吧!愛理不理的樣子.....是懶有中國氣息的裝潢!2個人叫左3絲炒粉皮,黃金蝦球和蔥爆牛肉+ 2個白飯整體的菜偏油,食到有點膩!3絲炒粉皮,只見2絲,甘荀和蛋絲,另外一絲是元茜嗎?......好油......滴油的粉皮啊!黃金蝦球,只有幾粒,但係$160 @@"......好珍貴的泡過油的蝦~ ok啦,不是特別好吃蔥爆牛肉,好香有穫氣不過蔥勁多牛肉完整一條條的只有5條,其他都比較碎 =_="唯一ok的可能是龍井吧!不過 $20一位,都不過是普通不過的龍井~用的是不正宗的茶具,果然,如KC兄所言是呃遊客的 @@"

黃金蝦球,只有幾粒,但係$160 @@"......好珍貴的泡過油的蝦~ ok啦,不是特別好吃
蔥爆牛肉,好香有穫氣不過蔥勁多牛肉完整一條條的只有5條,其他都比較碎 =_="
唯一ok的可能是龍井吧!不過 $20一位,都不過是普通不過的龍井~
用的是不正宗的茶具,果然,如KC兄所言

i like to eat a lot, especially chinese food. I have been to Yi Jiang Nan a few years ago and I thought it was pretty good.

I went there again last week, I ordered some dishes and a dessert right away i sat down. I waited for the dishes so long and finally they came but they were totally different from what I had before.

The most angry thing was, I was in a hurry for the movie, so I asked the waitress for my dessert, cause i ordered it at the very begining when i sat down, and she said, 'this dessert needs long time, if I give you the raw one, do u want it?"

I was so mad to have this kind of attitude of service nowadays and i don't want other people to be treated degraded since we are the customers.

星期六來到這裡, 因為想吃中菜, 所以選了這家.剛來時可能還早, 沒有幾台人, 所以侍應問我們有沒有預約時有點出奇.環境不錯, 壁畫, 古色古香的台凳和昏黃的燈光有點江南味道. 難怪吸引不少西人光顧.只嫌坐得有點逼.三人叫了1. 麻辣肚絲. 真的很麻辣. 所以要叫一碟涼拌豆腐來解辣.2. 京燒羊肉. 炸的很酥脆. 明知熱氣, 還是忍不住吃光.3. 鹽燒蝦球. 蝦很新鮮. 味道一般.4. 蒜蓉芥藍. 去皮去葉留芯. 味清甜. 很有心的一道菜. 總的來說不錯. 菜的份量不多. 晚上吃正好. 走的時候才發現全屋滿座了. 對了, 餐廳的一邊是落地玻璃, 有時會有些阿伯企係度望實你食飯.

由於今日冇乜野做,睇到有好多人話唔好食,所以想中肯地回應。講真,間間餐廳都有好多野食,睇你食中乜,食普通既,又可以好食同特別到去邊?如果各位有機會再去,可以食京燒羊肉同炒翡翠- 京燒羊肉香軟嫩滑,雖名"京燒",但實際係先炆後炸,我有個朋友唔食羊肉,因為驚"蘇",而我冇同佢講係羊肉,佢食完仲話好食,問我係乜。炒翡翠取其賣相而名,做法係將一棵大脾咁粗的不知名菜刨到剩番一吋既心去清炒,新鮮及爽甜非常。

香軟嫩滑,雖名"京燒",但實際係先炆後炸,我有個朋友唔食羊肉,因為驚"蘇",而我冇同佢講係羊肉,佢食完仲話好食,問我係乜。

炒翡翠
取其賣相而名,做法係將一棵大脾咁粗的不知名菜刨到剩番一吋既心去清炒,新鮮及爽甜非常。

for those who think this is for "gwai los", you may like to rethink about your taste. i went for the first time with the same skepticism and was pleasantly surprised. very authentic northern chinese indeed. if you local hk people don't like it, it's only because you have a guangdong taste, and don't know how to appreciate northern chinese cuisine.

大約一年前1我去過食晚飯﹐那晚全滿﹐但招呼唔錯。d嘢仲好好食!2004年9月29日公眾假期﹐我同男友去食lunch﹐除左我地兩個﹐就只有另外一枱有3人。我地叫左幾個餸﹐其中一個蒸肉蛟喺我地慢慢食完晒其他主菜再過多10分鐘佢都未到﹐咁我同侍應A(男人)講聲叫佢追吓。又過左10分鐘﹐我同完本落單個侍應B(女人)話如過未煮就cancel左佢﹐侍應B即刻答話已經煮左﹐就快得。再過多20分鐘﹐侍應A先拎碟蒸肉餃嚟。我同侍應A講話等左成大半個鐘﹐已經唔想食﹐好明顯係我第一次(or even第二次)同佢講佢先落單! 侍應A竟然駁嘴話:"最初唔係我落單架!" 咁我話:"吓? 我等左好耐喎你知唔知?" 侍應A答:"吓?咁可能我地個爐有問題﹐煮得慢啩!" 我話:"你咁嘅籍口都講得出?! 你當我傻架?" 然後侍應A都知自己講廢話﹐頭dup dup拎住碟蒸肉蛟咁行開。到俾錢時係侍應A拎過來﹐多謝都無聲! 係臨出門口先有個貌似高級嘅人講sorry!

上星期同幾個外籍人仕下午去到,叫左係人都推介的京燒羊肉、鹽爆黃喉,以及粉皮、醉雞、奶油津白、花卷,菜燴麵同高力豆沙雪糕。<br>佈置精美,裝修食具都很精緻,外籍人仕非常雀躍,我當然不覺有何特別。<br>粉皮及醉雞一般貨色,京燒羊肉和鹽爆黃喉亦不見特別,京燒羊肉甚至不比包餃店﹝已結業的灣仔分店﹞出色,都係全靠個汁至有味。鹽爆黃喉又係失色之作,黃喉本身沒有味,撈埋D 配料好似去了羅富記食薑蔥撈麵,不過就貴好多。花卷,菜燴麵勝在少味精,但要吃更正的請去三六九又或一品香。高力豆沙雪糕只是蛋白炸雪米「池」,所以很少雪糕,不如食番高力豆沙香蕉好過。<br>埋單位位百五蚊倒,不是太貴但絕不便宜。要吃有水準的上海菜就似乎應作他選,騙鬼佬就OK。
