這次是我第五次來到這間餐廳,被他們的殷勤招待、熱情推介令我感到高興!它們的小炒如三杯雞(色香味俱全)、西檸暇餅(味道清新、酸甜、蝦爽囗彈牙),紅燒豆腐(嫩白滑口)、咖哩牛筋腩更做得出色!今晚我又試左個义燒豬扒包,义燒和豬扒嫩滑、配上暖暖麵包加上少許沙拉醬恰到好處!我記得有一次我和媽媽、家姐用膳,我同侍應講媽媽有高血壓,他就同廚房講少鹽煮餸,咁窩心嘅茶餐廳很難得!一間茶餐廳幾十蚊一個小炒用心去做,非常出色和超值,以禮待人,好好餐廳巳經不多,是否要惡意抨擊呢!

五點多來到餐廳,一入門老闆就好熱情招呼我們坐下並告知還是下午茶時段,點茶餐會比較划算,這一點令人覺得很窩心,贊一個!點了叉燒豬仔包加飲品($25)和燒腩骨拼熏蹄飯($50),豬仔包皮焦了一點,但叉燒半肥瘦好好味,如果番茄多一點會更好。燒腩骨出色,皮脆肉juicy,熏蹄略少,飯夠熱,如果有條菜會更好。進食時聽到老闆有熱情招呼客人並關心員工,還督促燒味員工洗手保持清潔,令人食得放心。

我唔係街坊,約早一個月前同阿仔練完波咁啱經過嗰度搵地方醫肚,於是貢咗入去,坐底就叫咗個「黯然銷魂飯」畀阿仔,平時瀕臨厭食邊沿嘅佢,個飯一到即刻有返胃口,猛話啲叉燒又香,又鬆軟,又juicy,三扒兩撥就成個隊晒,仲想encore ,於是我再叫咗個台式滷肉飯, 個飯用木桶上,香噴噴,肉碎同啲肉汁比例啱啱好,唔會太杰又唔會太稀,加上少少蔥花,味道又冇我喺台灣食嗰啲咁甜,啱香港人口味,可以話係改良版。食過今次之後,為咗令我個失去食嘢興趣嘅仔恢復胃口,而家要專程揸車去買叉燒同其他燒味畀阿仔加餸,雖然遠啲,不過見到阿仔鍾意食,點都係值得嘅!😉

小時候常去的歺庁,此店以义燒最出名,已很多年沒去,想不到今日一試,竟然有連串驚喜,首先老鋪有裝修过,型像變潮了一奌,鋪内也新了一奌,令歺牌上的选擇好了很多,但老舖的親切感还在,奌了义鵝瀨,同伴叫了午歺炒反,义燒真的无令人失望,外表和味道也九十分以上,但同伴嫌炒反味不夠,下次要再試的是乳豬,现能保持老鋪味道的歺庁真的是買少見少,希望此店繼續努力!

我住在鳳凰新村20多年, 一向覺得九龍區燒味飯店, 新浦崗-得龍排1, 鳳凰新村-英都排2, 兩者都好好味, 太興果類一直差好遠, 可惜由某"名"廚 接手後, 早兩年都開始差, 點知近年越來越爛, 依家, 連隔離街好鹹既鳳凰燒味都好過佢, 完全係馬乎無心經營既結果, 食物完全不是以前的英都, 忍無可忍, 所以終於要寫出來, 可惜...可惜...樓下又少間舖可以開飯

求求其其揾野食,叫午餐 燒肉鴨飯38.5$ 跟湯,點知話燒鴨賣哂,問轉油雞好無,我話叉燒,條友講係油雞或切雞。。我就將就要油雞,碟飯黎到無薑蓉,算,當減肥,但d飯偏凍,之後到d肉,燒肉皮叫硬lor, 跟住聽到唔知咩拜神,可能食梗d次貨都唔出奇,正個d佢地留返拜完自己圍內食, 肉就似食梗超市d豬手個層粉粉地咸肉,無乜特別,雞就叫過得去,但都係一般到無得再一般貨式,街市d都好過佢都唔出奇,但就照收38.5一個餐,碗湯就飲得出味精重,又多油得制。。叫野飲好過,最難接受係有個客坐低叫我同一個餐,但個落單竟然問佢轉叉燒或者雞,我真係爭d想問候佢做乜我無得轉,仲有碟飯黎左佢碟野有埋薑蓉。。真係tmd的大細超。。

, 肉就似食梗超市d豬手個層粉粉地咸肉,無乜特別,雞就叫過得去,但都係一般到無得再一般貨式,街市d都好過佢都唔出奇,但就照收38.5一個餐,碗湯就飲得出味精重,又多油得制。。叫野飲好過,最難接受係有個客坐低叫我同一個餐,但個落單竟然問佢轉叉燒或者雞,我真係爭d想問候佢做乜我無得轉,仲有碟飯黎左佢碟野有埋薑蓉。。真係tmd的大細超。。

上個禮拜去慈雲山探朋友,坐到餓餓哋,就落咗佢樓下嗰間英都燒味厨房食嘢,一去到發現間舖靚咗又新咗,坐低之後就叫咗一碟义鵝飯、一碟乳豬飯,再加一個楊州炒飯,三樣都好好有水準。後來再叫咗杯奶茶,茶味夠香又唔澀,值得一去!

這間是我由細食到大和十分喜的食店之一,可能老版們已無心經營,轉手後再光顧發覺,無論質素和人面都全非了!雖然價錢平咗,但食物己經不是以前的英都了,很可惜,又少了一間值得去的食店!我相信在2010年10月前,還光顧過的食客,是幸福的,因還是舊風味,可以回味無窮的!
