果日係黃大仙還完神去搵下好食既下午茶,係openrice搵到呢間茶餐廳就去試下,不過係地鐵站行過去都幾遠下。入去坐低,睇下個下午茶餐牌先!見到價錢都係同其他茶餐廳差唔多!我就叫左個燒味雙拼同叉燒豬仔包!先黎既係燒味雙拼,叉燒係用左梅頭,肉質好好亦都燒得好香,係我食過咁多既叉燒都係數一數二,份量都相當夠,但燒肉就比較乾身,雖然皮燒得好脆,但都係太乾啦!之後黎既係豬仔包,絕對係輕食人士首選,份量岩岩好,叉燒同雙拼既一樣,一樣好食!作為下午茶,就個價錢就個味道絕對係物超所值!

12月2日星期日中午一點多,今天到附近工作順道來試一試黃大仙的燒味店代表。店外大大幅廣告推介招牌叉燒皇,今天就試試叉燒燒肉飯吧。碟頭燒味飯送例湯,承惠42.8,要注意一碗份量或配粉麵都不會送湯。叉燒:作為招牌菜,此店的叉燒可謂五星級。肉質很軟淋,竟然有日本叉燒的口感,鹹味適中再搭上豐富的蜜糖味,從圖中的紋理可知肉料經過挑選,一塊叉燒入口竟有食戟之靈上身的感覺。燒肉:相對叉燒皇,燒肉質素不算好,雙拼飯只有小小的四件而且很明顯是頭搭尾的貨色,四件燒肉來自不同部位,燒肉皮脆而偏硬,調味過份地咸。燒肉的脂肪部份不多但吃下去卻令人有打冷震之感。白飯:偏向軟綿的口感,水份適中。因為燒味豉油沒什麼味道,加入蔥油撈著吃還是不錯的。例湯:紅蘿蔔豬𦟌湯,滿碗的紅蘿蔔甜味,沒有放味精而健康非常。總結叉燒是必食之選,行過路過唔好錯過!
