To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 全場大媽,喺d 客面前自high, 但又做錯野,想點?輕鬆做野無所謂,但做又錯做漏,無尼認真,圍埋大聲講大聲笑,OMG
如果你有一堆魚友當然沒問題啦,但我沒可能在非魚友眾會自己叫一條魚吃吧!? 最多可以叫個xx班塊/魚手指來解解饞啦,但始終不算魚啦… 所以見到魚米介紹有原條魚米線當然要去試下啦
原來有超過10款原魚可以選的,千挑萬選下要了少吃的筍殼魚米線
等了起碼10分鐘,但真是有點點失望呢… 魚很細條,只有我手掌大小呢, 太小不能解饞呀還好都算有點點鮮味… 魚湯也有淡淡的魚味…
等待的中途也先試了酸辣魚蛋魚片米線,可能酸辣太濃味,完全試不出是魚湯呢,但整體ok
腐皮墨魚餅~ 炸得比較乾,只有少少墨魚味。
白灼豬潤~ 有鮮味夠薄夠爽口, 但小部分應該放久了比較乾身....
這餐雖然解不了饞.... (可能我快要忍不住要自己走去吃一盆水煮魚啦....) 但整體來說算是還可以的,
我應該起碼會再來一次試試另一款的原條魚米線吧~
港式早餐供應時間7:30am-11:00am
(早餐M7) 至尊珍寶全餐 配熱飲 HK$31 ~ 珍寶全餐除飲品外,還有漢堡扒、火腿、雞肉腸、煎蛋及牛油厚多士。三種肉類應該來源自急凍行貨,也是全港九茶餐廳的標準,沒有失望。厚多士變成兩片薄多士,份量不變但口感不同啊!
經過屋企樓下. 被香香的米線味吸引.
有少少肚餓. 便順便坐低叫碗米線食下
選擇都好多. 亦有菜飯. 飯類. 都有喜愛的凡立貝. 不過覺得凡立貝配米線好似怪怪地.
所以最後叫左糖醋豬軟骨. 牛肉. 酸辣米線
糖醋豬軟骨 3 大舊好抵食.
骨同肉都有濃濃的糖醋汁味. 骨都淋到咬兩啖就食得落口.
牛肉味道較普通. 不過份量都夠. 有近5 片
而較為失望的係 酸辣米線 的酸辣湯底.
這個湯底只有酸菜和味精湯底.
酸菜酸味亦無融入湯底. 即可以講話係清湯.
對我黎講. 湯底好重要.
係整個米線的精華. 亦係因香濃米線味而入此鋪. 老實說. 是失落
