To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12月中嘅某星期日,係廣福邨食午餐,終於有機會試吓魚米,當然選擇呢間。鯇魚腩加酸菜湯米線啱哂我口味。鯇魚腩好大塊,應該係走油再煎香,魚夠滑,魚腩啲骨都粗同多,要小心咁食,免鯁親。米缐分量好多,酸菜啱我口味,酸味適中,芽菜份量都好多。湯底酸重過辣,適合我呢啲唔太食得辣嘅食客。晚上工作還未完成,決定再去魚米食酸菜魚湯米線,本來只想叫比較平嘅酸辣魚片米,不過晚上八點去到已經冇哂鯇魚片,只剩低今早食個款魚腩,咁就一日食咗二次同一款,今次就走咗米線,再另外加咗一碟菜。菜要求湯上,呢個湯好怪,有陣奶味但唔似係魚煲嘅湯。菜分量都好少同唔新鮮,所以不建議叫。

啱啱放工經過竟然見到呢度有魚米,佢嘅下午茶餐都幾吸引, 於是就同老公入咗去啦佢嘅下午茶餐同平時有少少唔同,當然如果想食返魚湯米線都係有嘅,但係佢都有好多西式嘅嘢食,於是我就叫左一個瑞士汁雞翼撈公仔麵,配薯條炸雞粒,老公就叫返魚腐米線我嗰個餐一嚟到竟然有驚喜,個瑞士汁好濃味,啲雞翼都好入味,而且薯條雞粒都唔錯,份量都OK,不過老公嗰個米線呢,佢話魚腥味比較重,佢個人就麻麻哋啦,我都覺得幾好食嘅,佢嘅下午茶餐仲有好多其他款,得閒可以去試吓啦
