Was forced to dine here because Chinese people only eat Chinese food.The restaurant was nice and glitzy but the stupid thing was that you are going to pay around $1xxx for a meal and you still have to rinse those stupid bowls with hot water.So it makes no difference dining at Cafe de Coral or Fairwood which is cheaper and you don't have to rinse anything but the downside is that it is self service so you need to collect the food yourself.The menu was quite creative, eg sweet potato and cheese bu

The restaurant was nice and glitzy but the stupid thing was that you are going to pay around $1xxx for a meal and you still have to rinse those stupid bowls with hot water.

There were more vegetables than purple sweet potato so they might as well have renamed the dish called Vegetables with purple sweet potato.
As you can see, there was such a stingy amount if you compare it to Modern China.

鮑汁炆雞腳 - 鮑汁"杰杰地", 炆完雞腳實會比較"杰" , 唔會太甜, 雞腳既淋又入味.
薑蔥牛柏葉 - 唔係間間酒樓都有o既點心, 一向好鍾意食, 做到我一向食開o既水準.
好事炒鴛鴦麵- 好事當然有蠔士啦, 有少少蠔士味, 但又唔會腥, 裡面有少許乾瑤柱, 
金菇, 韭黃, 芽菜炒米粉同粉絲, 麵既份量好多, 但無乜配菜.
蠔士令整體味道更豐富, 加上炒麵唔少得o既爽口配菜(韭黃, 芽菜), 簡簡單單已經好惹味.

好彩唔係叫左太多點心, 因為個炒麵份量真係好多, 不過兩個人最後都可以掃哂全部.

二零一三年的最後一頓家庭聚餐。曉食媽便提議試試家附近的譽粵菜。最曉食已不太記得菜式的名稱,請見諒。第一道菜先是梅菜菜芯。最曉食從未吃過菜芯會配上梅菜。味道不錯,梅菜的甜味配上菜芯的清淡,味道十分清新。第二道菜是柑桔排骨。最曉食想的是酸酸甜甜的開胃菜。可惜味道偏甜,加上本身桃的甜味。整碟菜都甜得有點過份。汁很杰,甜味使吃完後有點黏喉。唯一可取的是上面有些少西柚粒,彌補了最曉食對清新的感覺。最曉食最愛第三道菜—咖哩牛肉。牛肉炸得酥香,但也同時偏油。值得一讚是其咖哩汁,好味!夠辣!怕辣人士慎選,咖哩汁點些少已足夠。第四道菜是蛋黃汁配魚柳。蛋黃汁份量足夠但略嫌偏膩。而魚柳亦炸得酥香。配飯吃便好,可減少油膩感。最後有小食蔥油餅。第一次試這種蔥油餅。餅皮很酥,中間才夾著蔥。有別於一般街外的造法,很具特色。新鮮製,很燙口。蔥味香濃,味道不錯。整體不俗,可以再次光顧。

喜歡軟滑帶嚼勁的腐竹外皮吸收了湯汁精華,越吃豆香越在咀裡散發,內裡夾著爽甜杏鮑菇片、粉綿南瓜條、雞蛋和魚肚,既有蔬菜清甜又有魚肚鮮味,油份偏少是健康清淡之選,在旁的西蘭花蒸得過老色澤偏黃,吃不下倒有點浪費。

筆者認為是成年人才懂欣賞皂包點,哈哈,哺上桌的成品新鮮蒸起,熱騰騰地散發出臘腸誘人香氣,外層包卷鬆軟有彈性,微甜濕潤,中心捲著臘腸和潤腸,一次過可滿足吃兩款口味的慾望,前者香甜肉質油潤不乾硬,後者內藏粒粒鴨肝,粉綿鬆化具油香,質素不俗,配上淡味花卷是絕佳傳統點心!

這裡屬於經濟實惠的酒樓, 而且食物的質素不錯, 住在馬鞍山的居民有福, 喝茶有一個不錯的選擇。 下次可以試下他們的小菜, 再和大家分享。 

寫了食評, 才知道這家酒樓真的是剛開的, 連openrice都沒有紀錄,要等了兩星期才建立酒樓的資料, 但這樣我可以爭取第一個寫食評。
