西環馳名的源記係天后重開,咁岩開左係我屋企樓下非常近,又好想再食佢的蓮子桑寄生茶滋陰補腎神助眠下,於是即刻去試下啦新店比舊店更加大餐廳有提供鹹點,懷舊小食及糖水。我地三個人嗌左蘿蔔糕,炸蕃薯,混醬腸粉,小食價錢每款大約20元。甜品方面叫左桑寄生蓮子茶,合桃糊,杏仁露。桑寄生蓮子茶蓮子茶的味道溫和帶甘甜香口,蓮子夠軟。店員話佢地每日都會逐粒去芯,味道吾會苦,整個口感都好舒服,非常適合日常飲用。我仲加左幾粒芝麻湯圓落糖水,一樣好食合桃糊同杏仁露的口感好香滑濃郁,糖水質數與別不同,經過浸焗炒的工序再用石磨機生磨而成的糖水,除左香滑亦都夠細膩,感覺每啖都好足料。鹹點方面我最喜歡店家自製的蘿蔔糕同炸蕃薯蘿蔔糕提供左3款醬料 甜醬 辣醬 胡椒粉因為宜家酒樓食的蘿蔔糕口感一式一樣又硬骨骨但源記的蘿蔔糕真係好好食,係人手全手工,逐底炒做的味道。蘿蔔糕香口,質感吾會鬆散又有輕盈實在的口感,啖啖臘味味,一定要食。炸蕃薯蕃薯同炸衣都夠甜,傳統得黎又好食腸粉

但源記的蘿蔔糕真係好好食,係人手全手工,逐底炒做的味道。

西環源記結業之後,一直都好掛著佢,知道係天后重開,就專登過嚟試吓。佢擁有170年歷史,主打中式糖水,最出名的就是桑寄生蓮子茶、合桃糊、杏仁露、芝麻糊以及雞蛋糕。宜家今由第四代接手,令呢啲傳統重現。桑寄生蓮子茶其實最出名係佢啲蓮子,人手逐粒去芯,粒粒鬆化,春天飲祛濕,秋天飲滋潤。合桃糊、杏仁露、芝麻糊用原材料製作,浸,焗,炒再用石磨生磨。幼滑又夠香。雞蛋糕只係用蛋,糖,麵粉製造,真係食得出蛋香。以前舊鋪剩係得熱糖水,宜家仲有凍選擇。而且新增好多傳統街頭小食,炸油糍、炸雞全翼、自家製蘿白糕,多咗好多選擇。

當日飲咗紅豆沙
Keep到水準紅豆綿密軟糯!
另外杏仁糊同芝麻糊加湯圓
我個人鍾意杏仁糊
感覺比以前嘅「配方」減咗糖

最經典應該係炸物
有炸油糍、腐皮卷、雞翼同脆皮番薯
冇咁熱氣都有蘿蔔糕、腸粉同燒賣等

早前于西营盘结业的街坊糖水店在天后重开了,虽然价格有所上涨,但不变的依然是店主友好的态度和驱散冬夜阴冷的甜蜜和温度。·【桑寄生莲子蛋茶】【全蛋鸡蛋糕】两款招牌都挺喜欢,没有openrice评论中那么差的质素。·陈年桑寄生茶是所有糖水底中最有凉茶影子的,既有熟普幽幽的香,又熬化了冰糖红枣的甜,回甘滋润舒服,鸡蛋也是由外到内地入味了。·鸡蛋糕就是老式的模样和味道,弥补了之前在西营盘没吃的遗憾。看着一大块其实很蓬松,兼具海绵蛋糕的轻盈和发糕的弹性,蛋香朴实浓郁甜度低,一人一块无压力。·店面亮堂干净、座位很多,小食也比以前丰富了不少。虽然附近糖水店还有好几家,但源记有自己的独特之处,值得一试。

两款招牌都挺喜欢,没有openrice评论中那么差的质素。

陈年桑寄生茶是所有糖水底中最有凉茶影子的,既有熟普幽幽的香,又熬化了冰糖红枣的甜,回甘滋润舒服,鸡蛋也是由外到内地入味了。

鸡蛋糕就是老式的模样和味道,弥补了之前在西营盘没吃的遗憾。看着一大块其实很蓬松,兼具海绵蛋糕的轻盈和发糕的弹性,蛋香朴实浓郁甜度低,一人一块无压力。

老牌食店「源記甜品小食」喺天后開左。見地點咁方便就慕名而來試吓。桑寄生蛋蓮子茶($48):不愧係佢哋嘅招牌。蓮子一啲苦味都冇,質感好綿,蓮子嘅份量都好多。雞蛋入味。桑寄生茶茶味香濃,而且佢仲有滋陰降血壓嘅功效。芝麻糊($34)加芝麻湯圓($3一粒):芝麻糊香滑濃稠。湯圓皮煙煙韌韌。職員仲話佢哋嘅芝麻糊係用石磨生磨既,真係心意之作。全蛋雞蛋糕($10):只用咗雞蛋,麵粉,橄欖油,同埋糖去做呢個蛋糕。完全冇發粉。所以蛋糕有咬口,味道清香。傳統炸油糍($28):一客兩件。已經差唔多喺香港絕跡嘅一款小食,竟然係呢度俾我搵到!仲要佢整得好好食,真係好開心呀!外面就炸得好脆。入邊有蝦米同埋超多蘿蔔絲喺入邊,所以味道清甜,質感濕潤。下次嚟一定都會再食呢個。(我本身都鍾意食蘿蔔糕,但呢個比蘿蔔糕更好食!)迷你鮮蝦腐皮卷($35):一客五件。腐皮包住鮮蝦同豬肉再拎去炸。真材實料。生炸雞全翼($35):一客兩隻,兩隻都大大隻。炸嘅時間控制得宜。炸皮做到薄脆,入邊多汁。

傳統炸油糍($28):一客兩件。已經差唔多喺香港絕跡嘅一款小食,竟然係呢度俾我搵到!仲要佢整得好好食,真係好開心呀!外面就炸得好脆。入邊有蝦米同埋超多蘿蔔絲喺入邊,所以味道清甜,質感濕潤。下次嚟一定都會再食呢個。(我本身都鍾意食蘿蔔糕,但呢個比蘿蔔糕更好食!)

桑寄生雞蛋蓮子茶,蓮子好綿,蛋又入味,真係好傳統的好味道。杏仁露好滑,小食也不錯,豬皮好有膠質、蘿蔔糕也有水準。唔明網上點解咁多人攻擊。間鋪從係西營盤時就有幫襯,當時因為小朋友奶類過敏無意中見到間鋪的雞蛋糕冇添加奶,令奶類敏感的小朋友得到滿足,之後一路有幫襯,執左之後一直覺得好可惜,而家見開返,仲係天后近屋企,太開心了,即刻來試下,好味道依舊。相對於附近其他甜品店來說,價錢已經好合理,好的傳統店要支持下

開業第一個禮拜之後即刻衝落去食佢個杏仁露,同桑寄生茶。個茶好稀完全冇香味個杏仁露我懷疑佢兩成係真,其餘八成係用粉沖出嚟。淨係聞個香味已經知道係假嘢。真係好失望。因為驚係啱啱開業準備得唔夠好,所以兩個禮拜之後我又再去多一次,今次係甜到揦喉嚨,食唔落口⋯⋯試埋佢個合桃露又係溝粉嘅味道⋯⋯真係好難會再俾到第三次機會。我寧願佢賣貴啲俾真嘢我食。我覺得老闆可以去試吓九龍城嗰間,太子海記或者以前北角嘅養生糊都係屬於殿堂級嘅糖水。我都唔希望一間老字號糖水沒落,但係真係有需要改善嘅空間。

啲糖水一般,桑寄生茶太甜。。。。。。。就係一間好普通好普通嘅糖水舖,冇乜特別。。。。。。。糖水嘅選擇唔多,小食嘅選擇亦唔多。唔知道係做糖水定係做小食樣樣都唔精。。。。。。。原本諗住有一間中式糖水舖可以去試一下,但係最令人激氣嘅係個黑面神收銀阿伯。。。。。。口黑面黑好似欠佢咁。原本食糖水係為咗開心,點知點知俾個收銀阿伯窒住晒,得返啖氣,以後都唔會再去。唔想做生意就咪鬼做啦。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

知道此糖水老店重開,又近公司,收工後與朋友一起去試下 (雖然 openrice 新店的食評不多,差評亦較多😅🙋‍♀️)。當日下午 6:10  抵達,員工服務不錯,因尚早人不太多,我們坐下最後一個卡位,二人行的我們坐得舒服。食物陸續上檯,糖水合格,濃厚度足夠及甜度剛好,不水不稀。杏仁露味道香亦不假👍。炸油糍是我兒時其中一至愛 (我小時候叫此做炸蘿蔔絲餅),現在很多地方也沒能吃到了😩。炸工很好,即叫即炸,盛載的碟不油。油糍配上甜辣醬,有盛意,滿足。原來油糍配上辣醬更錦上添花,十分推薦👍👍👍👍👍! 其實,我是為炸油糍而來,蘿蔔絲載得滿滿的😋😋😋😋😋! 下次會再為炸油糍而來呀🙋!
