粤軒是沙田区少數的高質素飯店;昨天,因為人多,所以買外賣點心做早午餐;一直喜歡他們的點心,因為蝦餃、燒賣,一盅只有兩件,一個人去,也可试多幾款!😊蝦餃,大且鲜,高質素;燒賣,大大粒,好吃,啱我呢D大食怪;蛋散,好好味;蛋煎糯米雞,老婆喜歡,因为她不喜歡荷葉味;我兩者也可以;咸鱼肉餅飯,肉和飯比例刚好,不會太多飯;牛肉餅,堂食肯定比外賣好吃;粉果,餡夠多,也不錯;棉花雞,正常;昨晚,去同区朋友家聚餐,他們買外賣,竟然又是粤軒,有D搞笑😆。堂吃晚飯的質素相當不錯,我比較喜歡海鲜及湯水。

因為太多酒樓冇開,又想飲茶,見到呢間有開就去試下。餐牌睇到普遍價錢都中上。懷舊燒腩卷,正常水平,肉肥瘦皆有。用黑魚子幾特別,雖然佢得兩粒,但係每一粒嘅size都好大,有其他地方嘅2-3倍,所以絕對抵。鳳爪就正常,下面用豆角鋪喺底,第一次見。黑椒銀蘿爽肚,五星推薦,最好食的一款點心。爽肚真係唔同平時嘅牛肚,口感特別正!再去一定會encore。如果平時一定唔會特別試,只不過見佢出現係中式餐廳,就試左。總括嚟講都有7/10,五星係比創意。啖啖蝦肉同魚肚,湯汁非常入味。

受惠於隔鄰小館的旺氣,連帶這間同街的粵菜小館也無虛席。接近午市約11:30給我等攝到一張6人枱堂食。也是分兩舖,枱椅不多,其中一舖主打2人4人枱;另一舖4人6人,或需隔板分6人枱搭枱。裝修走簡單平實路線。點心款式總算有點求突破,選擇亦多,於是點的一桌子是。人說此店態度差、冷漠,就今日體會又非也,侍應阿叔收骨碟快、斟水爽,唔該前唔該後。全數蒸點、炸物都熱騰騰端來。印象較深是青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡仔,放了枱面10分鐘後吃,皮邊還有餘脆,蝦膠的蝦味很濃,與芥末挺匹配,雖不止一口而分了幾口吃,但不會吃得論盡到餡也走位。另一款芝士磨菇雞批,熱燙燙,芝士磨菇比較蓋過雞味,但又是個幾口酥,惹味。清酒雲吞雞所用的部位是雞鎚雞胸,免不了鞋口,而且還有點難嚙開,清酒味不覺;小甜甜一口焦糖蛋有部份砂糖還呈白色狀態未能起焦;滑蛋煎米雞活脫脫是糯米雞以蛋皮代替荷葉,中式蛋包糯米飯但沒蛋汁之感。以為雙黃肉絲炒麵是類似䜴油王炒麵模樣,原來是炸幼麵,肉絲芡另上,始終個人不太喜炸麵嫌太刺口,炸得倒是夠脆。其餘點心味道沒啥特別也不贅述,見圖好了。

放半日假想去輕鬆吓,約埋朋友去嘆茶吹吹水,意思就係偷得浮生半日閒囉,哈哈!細細間的小茶館眼見只有約十張枱,點心紙只有一張,唔似大集團咁多選擇,但係就有貴精不貴多的感覺!本身想食豉汁蒸鳳爪,可惜點心紙無,唯有試吓鳳爪扎,仲點咗蝦餃、叉燒腸、特式啲嘅青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡,好埋懷舊甜品,俗稱菲林的黑白芝麻卷!上點心的速度唔會太快,青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡和黑白芝麻卷我是比較推介的,蝦確實是脆口,帶點芥末醬十分匹配;另外黑白芝麻卷係我兒時的回憶,而家好多酒樓都冇得食,聽講係步驟比較複雜,所以特別令人回味!政府派左消費券,如果有埋八達通或支付寶付款就最好了!

本身想食豉汁蒸鳳爪,可惜點心紙無,唯有試吓鳳爪扎,仲點咗蝦餃、叉燒腸、特式啲嘅青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡,好埋懷舊甜品,俗稱菲林的黑白芝麻卷!

上點心的速度唔會太快,青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡和黑白芝麻卷我是比較推介的,蝦確實是脆口,帶點芥末醬十分匹配;另外黑白芝麻卷係我兒時的回憶,而家好多酒樓都冇得食,聽講係步驟比較複雜,所以特別令人回味!

嚟到大圍 誤打誤撞見到呢間好多人排隊心諗應該都唔差嘅就決定食呢間等咗15分鐘到都好快有位其實我都唔係好記得啲餸菜叫咩名😂😂😂不過真係幾好食 尤其係粒燒賣 超級無敵勁大粒炸嗰個腐皮唔知乜嘢 最好食!不過性價比唔高囉 都偏貴

與友人茶敘,點了以下食物:沙律明蝦角:外脆內軟,味道不錯,沾上沙拉醬更好吃。珍寶鮮蝦腸:腸粉的皮不算太滑,蝦大隻而且爽口彈牙,不錯。黑魚子花菇燒賣皇:這燒賣很大隻,味道就只屬一般。金蔬魚肚札:蔬菜來包着魚肚和芋頭等材料,味道較清淡。香芒紫米卷:這個不太好吃,因為外層由紫米做的皮比較硬,內裏包着的芒果不甜,有點酸。

其他菜式例如上湯瑤柱浸時蔬、瑤柱海皇蛋白炒飯、當紅脆皮炸雞....雖然冇影相但都係有水準既,特別係果煲古法紅燒潮州翅,入面真係好多料好多魚翅,老人家食到津津有味。


今次呢個晚餐,意外地佢用料比想像中多,足料兼新鮮,樣樣都好味,性價比好高。其實大家都覺得差條蒸魚,因為平時見到店舖啲紅瓜子班、蘇鼠班好生猛,好想試試,不過始終覺得堂食會比較好味啲,希望下次再去試!

餐廳分咗兩間舖,週末排隊排左30分鐘先有位,餐廳唔會派飛。明白而家生意難做,不過又要搭枱,疫情期間向每張枱嘅距離都好近好似防疫做得唔係太好。。。一籠蝦餃$30/2粒,係好大粒嘅,不過蝦重雪味。燒賣又係$30/2粒,普普通通甘筍鹹水角,賣相ok但超厚粉,未食過禁難食既鹹水角🤢同之前有個OpenRice 嘅評論一樣,腸粉係凍嘅。長頭髮,身材豐滿的女職員大聲呼喝客人,態度惡劣咁鬧隔離枱嘅客。真係唔明白點解個女職員禁既態度仲有人幫襯。。
