11月3日一家人幫媽媽慶祝大壽,疫情關係決定嚮屋企叫外賣。大圍區呢間繁忙小店,平時幫襯開呢間飲茶食點心,店舖環境同食物水準都好過好多大酒樓,所以今次試下叫外賣晚餐,菜式包括:百花炸釀蟹鉗豉油皇煎南非鮑魚上湯焗澳洲龍蝦(伊麵底)古法紅燒潮州翅蠔皇花膠扣鵝掌當紅脆皮炸雞上湯瑤柱浸時蔬瑤柱海皇蛋白炒飯蜂蜜脆麻花蟠桃壽包百花炸釀蟹鉗我食過最好食既炸蟹鉗!超大隻!隻隻都差不多有兩粒乒乓波咁大,而且蝦膠彈牙、皮脆,配醬汁簡直一流,真心推介!豉油皇煎南非鮑魚平時比較常食蒜蓉蒸鮑魚,今次試下其他煮法,用豉油汁炒比較香口,小朋友都鍾意食。鮑魚都好新鮮大隻,食落彈牙,不錯!上湯焗澳洲龍蝦伊麵由於店內有幾個大魚缸、每次都見到好多新鮮海鮮,即叫即整,所以對佢地既海鮮都有信心。呢個龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦超新鮮又多肉,連啲汁都充滿鮮味,果然冇令我哋失望。伊麵質感不過不失,如果再多啲汁就更加好。蠔皇花膠扣鵝掌從前我唔鍾意食花膠,因為覺得佢淡而無味,但今次竟然有驚喜,可能因為蠔油炆得好入味,花膠厚肉得黎滲透蠔油汁,好出色。蜂蜜脆麻花媽媽的最愛。毫無疑問外賣唔夠堂食咁又熱又脆,係合理既。呢個食落唔硬,仲脆口,甜度適中,都算幾好

由於店內有幾個大魚缸、每次都見到好多新鮮海鮮,即叫即整,所以對佢地既海鮮都有信心。呢個龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦超新鮮又多肉,連啲汁都充滿鮮味,果然冇令我哋失望。伊麵質感不過不失,如果再多啲汁就更加好。

從前我唔鍾意食花膠,因為覺得佢淡而無味,但今次竟然有驚喜,可能因為蠔油炆得好入味,花膠厚肉得黎滲透蠔油汁,好出色。

蜂蜜脆麻花
媽媽的最愛。毫無疑問外賣唔夠堂食咁又熱又脆,係合理既。呢個食落唔硬,仲脆口,甜度適中,都算幾好。

其他菜式例如上湯瑤柱浸時蔬、瑤柱海皇蛋白炒飯、當紅脆皮炸雞....雖然冇影相但都係有水準既,特別係果煲古法紅燒潮州翅,入面真係好多料好多魚翅,老人家食到津津有味。

今次呢個晚餐,意外地佢用料比想像中多,足料兼新鮮,樣樣都好味,性價比好高。其實大家都覺得差條蒸魚,因為平時見到店舖啲紅瓜子班、蘇鼠班好生猛,好想試試,不過始終覺得堂食會比較好味啲,希望下次再去試!

今日適逢父親節又要盡下孝心,去左大圍粵軒搵位同爸爸媽媽飲茶,因為佢哋好鍾意去D到,話有人情味,好似飯堂咁😋清洒煮水飯魚肚真係冇得頂,清洒味甚濃,水餃皮薄喊靚,D蝦仲彈牙添魚肚真係真材實料嘅,又大舊又淋又入味,真係正鮮蝦腸粉每次都必定要食,師傅已經切好左,吾洗夾起整爛左D粉皮,蝦仁又彈牙爽口而且幾鮮甜!D個青芥末脆蝦一口漢堡仔,幾特別!個青芥末加埋脆蝦很清新,個漢堡份量又吾大,所以都吾滯!欖角陳村粉排骨每次都唔可以少,因為佢D排骨又大舊又肉質鮮嫩,配埋欖角加陳村粉真係好滋味!醎魚肉餅飯細細碗又ok喎,一人份量少少地,肉餅份量都幾多架上菜速度都算快,一餐茶二百令蚊算係平,爸爸媽媽食得又開心🥳
