To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友話公司冇咩野做專登走出黎搵我食lunch, 見好耐冇食米線就帶左佢去牛頭角道雲桂香。無論香港引入左幾多間米線鋪,都冇一間取代到佢。次次lunch hr 去都人頭湧湧,好彩今日唔洗等位,今次叫左個魚腐小鍋酸辣(中辣)米線,朋友就叫左豬紅腩肉重慶酸辣粉。個人覺得佢嘅辣度比另一間連鎖店辣,朋友叫小辣都覺得辣,出晒汗🤣講返米線佢地選用幼身,煮得好彈牙,薯粉就煙煙韌韌。最後提一提大家雲桂香米線轉水間粉,薯粉都唔洗加錢架🥺

講到香港米線,不得不提”雲桂香”係香港初時興起食酸辣米線真係得佢好食!無其他代替,不過自從多左呢啲米線引入,佢既質素都無變☺️依然會keep住食下佢☺️我自己中意食豬扒,墨魚頭,墨魚春卷,羅白,大腸等等呢啲餸🩵🩵🩵我個日就嗌左墨魚春卷墨魚頭小鍋水晶粉!食耐左米線既朋友友可以試食水間粉,佢係類似薯粉,但佢幼身,而且曲曲地既薯粉質地!都係煙煙unun, 但個人覺得好咬過平時既薯粉🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼‼️‼️‼️不過店入面既姐姐好似唔係好夠人手🥹 lunch hour去食好趕😢😢😢

下單阿姐可以多點培訓, 連續幾枱都有出錯, 就要認了。以前吃過一次印象還不錯, 不過現在米線店的選擇也很多。 ♡ 黃花魚薯粉黃花魚炸得香脆但皮有點硬, 肉質也滑。湯底有很濃的魚味, 熱吃不會有魚腥味。薯粉很有彈性, 也吸滿魚湯的味道, 喜歡吃魚的可以試一試。♡ 小鍋米線叫了小鍋米線小辣加魚腐和豬軟骨, 但張單就打了三小辣加魚腐和豬頸肉, 坐在那裡的幾十分鐘就已經聽到兩三枱都下錯單。湯底是不錯, 但只有酸沒有辣, 不知廚房又發生了什麼事。米線份量也不多, 好像吃幾口就沒有了的感覺。另外再加了一份豬軟骨變了三餸, 味道還可以。
