To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香(大埔) 🍜天氣凍凍地，去找紅薯粉食下先，束到雲桂告，點了重慶酸辣紅薯粉，餸歪了魚肉春卷，豬軟骨同墨魚頭，凍飲加8蚊，不用排隊都多枱剛坐滿，味道都算中上，辣度微辣剛好，魚肉春卷好香口，豬軟骨夠淋，墨魚頭爽好，推介😋👍

一上枱個份量真係嚇親🤯🤯🤯勁大碗 啲米線好似有2包半咁多⋯下次都係要少少米🤣 今次食到我不要不要🫣一碗係蟲草花雞酒湯 我就食熱拌米線加雞絲 中辣 應該係$48蟲草花雞果碗我淨係夾左啲生菜食😂佢個湯唔係好淡 但無乜酒味 但清清地幾好👍🏿同樣啲米線都真係勁多 熱拌米線個汁幾好 佢會將個汁撈埋米線先再上枱如果有埋少少芝麻應該會更香口😛😛😛味道都keep到 對上食熱拌米線都講緊應該有八九年前😂😂😂😂😂

今天下午1點多，我姨生女放學後和同學在大埔雲桂香外賣自取港式米線和小窩米線，港式米線食到後面發現有蚊子，令兩位學生覺得好噁心，希望貴店注意日常衛生，讓顧客食得安心。

印象中食雲南米線要有螺旋藻好似嚟嚟去去都係得葵涌嗰一間有，今日幫襯呢度竟然見到，於是試吓。兩碗米線都係要小窩米線，一碗就叫咗墨魚丸同蘿蔔，令一碗就叫咗豬軟骨、滷水豬耳同埋想試嘅螺旋藻，兩碗都係叫咗小辣，因為雖然自己食唔到辣，不過食雲南米線都係有少少辣先至會好味啲。蘿蔔同墨魚丸嗰碗冇乜特別就唔講啦，令一款豬軟骨都係冇乜特別，反而佢滷水豬耳幾好，因為出面通常有注意到係麻辣不過呢度嘅注意比較肥。至於想試嘅螺旋藻，味道喎此昆布多啲，都好食嘅，不過我總覺得葵涌嗰間好食啲同埋份量多啲，唔知會唔會係先入為主呢。
