To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

76元小窩米線少辣、加底，滿滿一碗、酸菜味剛剛好，少辣可以接受，最重要是米線，質感比較幼滑丶爽口，豬頸肉爽口彈牙，芽菜不太軟，亦是爽脆。這間店今日雖然雨天，下午2:30依然坐滿，支付是沒有八達通，少少不便

從來覺得荃灣總店好食過其他分店， 所以閒時總會跨區過嚟幫襯吓！但， 永冇下次😤1）食物水準每況愈下，衰過其他分店2） 重點： 服務態度（（ 差！差！差！））見隔離枱開頭打斜搭枱坐2個男人， 最後淨西裝友一個。見住條西裝友頂吾住辣， 先客氣叫杯水， 臨尾再叫杯凍檸茶。 當時一組6 人等枱， 鄉音阿姐送檸檬茶上枱，唔憤氣白眼咁送多句： 下次一次過叫埋呀嘛！ 西裝友呻住鼻涕拿拿聲飲埋走人！（ 意下條友霸住張枱）😡隔條河落嚟香港衰得你吖！ 咁你唔做多步落單問個客不如加杯嘢飲解辣吖！你自己連2 碗麵， 一個小食， 2杯野飲都可以落漏一樣， 檢討下自己先吖。。。唔該！ 總之今晚全店吾知搞乜， 連斯文四眼叔叔都燥底！

同事今日出曬去做嘢，所以只有我一個人食，系公司附近行來行去都唔知食乜嘢好，經過間過橋米線見到入面都幾滿座，心霖應該唔會難食，決定入去試試佢🍜重慶米線（墨丸+豆卜）：辣度可以按自己需求同店員講，我叫既系小辣，感覺還可以接受，配菜有三款（雪菜、花生、肉碎、芫西）肉同粉既份量ok，湯濃味香，湯底都有幾款可供選擇。總體感覺酸辣可口，開胃醒神

我不嬲都好鍾意食米線，食呢間之前嗰一日食咗金西南，所以對呢間都冇太大期望，但係最後我食完真係好失望。首先，我嗌左小鍋米線，麻酸辣，腩肉、豬肚。小小辣。都唔算太貴，51$。我等左大約5分鐘，野食就到左，一開始我睇個湯我以為唔會太辣，點知我錯左，大錯特錯。一食落去，我淨係食到笌菜，食多幾啖就食到米線，但係米線只有辣味，乜其他味都冇，好失望。我仲嗌左個蒜泥白肉，白肉入包住一條青瓜，都幾好。白肉煮得幾淋。白肉總括嚟講都好食。最後我覺得呢間既米線有兩個超大既問題，就係米線太辣同埋米線得超小，我食左差唔多四啖就得番笌菜。完全唔推薦

人生第一次食咁難食嘅雲吞，一咬落去，啲豬肉又削又霉，我一向都好鍾意食雲吞，但真係難食到入唔到口，吐都吐唔切，服務有一般，錯落冇奈，都見隔離有痛向夥記投訴碗嘢有問題，真係唔會再嚟！
