今日去咗一間餐廳食Omakase,呢度嘅裝修既優雅又唔失溫馨,一入去感覺已經好舒服,食物賣相都好吸引人。第一啖粒貝肉嘗起嚟真係有彈性,又鮮美;生粒貝加咗海鹽同檸檬仲爽口過熟嘅!七貫壽司每一款都好過癮:帶子鮮滑,拖羅豐腴入味,赤身嘅微妙口感一流;海膽魷魚嘅鮮甜組合簡直無敵,令人唔禁嘆為觀止。再有吸物,魚湯香濃得嚟暖笠笠,啱晒進補。最後果個海鹽味雪糕🍨清新得嚟唔膩口。啲牡丹蝦就透明鮮嫩,爽彈得黎又脆口,食完真係會掂掂嘴角,滿足呀~總括嚟講,今次嘅Omakase之旅味道誘人,令人回味無窮,唯獨覺得若配搭得再創新啲就更加完美!店員嘅服務巴閉,又好客氣,真係一個食得開心嘅午餐。🌟🌟🌟🌟

今日同女朋友去食,叫左個398套餐。壽司好食好新鮮,可以睇住壽司師父整壽司同埋可以同壽司師父傾計,壽司師父會講解啲壽司食既次序,當中既海膽壽司唔腥好清甜!😋擺碟好靚,個烏冬唔會煮得太林,軟硬適中,個湯夠味。最驚喜係個甜品:甜味噌芝士最中😍😍,食落去唔會太咸,加埋中間個舊北海道牛奶雪糕味道非常之夾,👍👍👍好好味,呢個價錢食呢啲野食係非常超值,絕對可以再同女朋友黎食過🤭👍👍👍🥰🥰

中伏!Overpriced, bad service and bad taste- 1stly we were told off by the waiter to be quiet! There were only 3 tables at lunch but they placed us all near each other!- we ordered the $428 sushi omakase, not cheap! Asked whether there was uni & toro(海膽 & toro) he said yes. When it came, no Uni, toro was seared (炙燒)! First time I had such expensive meal with seared toro (normally in Japan seared toro is served when it’s not as fresh)- he lied about the Uni! Such expensive meal without Uni- the sushi fish tasted a bit stale! Not fresh definitely- rice tasted like rice without vinegar- miso soup was warm- one of us had a fish broth udon and she said it tasted like soya soup!Restaurant setting is nice but the waiter service and attitude was pretty bad. His face was so black and unfriendly it was like someone in his family passed away! Worst and fake Japanese restaurant in HK ever!Won’t be going back!
