真忍唔住!人生第一次打post食評。老字號鏞記系,K11試過正常水平的。太古店可能趕開業⋯⋯ 首先. 員工明顯培訓不足,各個細節位好明顯非做開中高檔食肆出身,甚至乎不是飲食服務業。 再者最主要食品質素和賣相嚴重強差人意,而最關鍵叉燒絕對難忘,叉燒幾乎係中菜酒家必然菜系,直接反映該食店嘅水平。賣相形狀似一隻女人手掌,細扁平,細看下原來將叉燒橫腰切一半上碟,第一次看到這種切法十分奇怪,絕對唔係一個正常粵菜燒味師傅手勢,有像請外勞臨時拉夫,而且一半燒到半黑,另一半黑之餘有大半白嘅肥位,好像臘肉一樣,就憑這賣相忍不住向經理反映,吐槽如此奇怪,一試下結果一入超鹹,感覺上在食金華火腿。其他東西如鳳爪雪霉味好重,絕對唔係新鮮,而且雪藏解凍處理不足。蝦餃味道最正常,雖然賣相不是討好,大小好似淘大點心這種!暫時嚟講,最有印象最難食嘅中菜食肆⋯⋯最後補充,環境係唔錯,亦近住家,經常會食中菜,希望可以作出大幅修整,否則看應做不了半年。 continue reading

難解人越嚟越講究緣份,又會喺商業區開開一間嚐藝館,風格當然同中環總店、機場分舖有啲唔同,不過始終係走高檔路線,裝修排場同服務就唔會差,食物方面,試業期間選擇唔多,我哋揀咗招牌燒鵝髀,醬汁鮮黃豆秘製,罕有咁完全清碟,不過驚喜來自於佢嘅蓮藕肉餅,素材十足啱晒食素朋友,另外椰香麻花都十分出色,加埋粉果炒牛肉飯,非常飽足,一壺菊花一壺普洱,自製菊普,連埋茶芥加一雖然稍微超出咗我哋預算,當係開吓眼界俾自己豪一次咁上下。 continue reading

感謝兄弟提前幾日同我慶祝生日,臨到年尾大家都好忙冇乜時間聚!今日帶咗我嚟呢間新開嘅餐廳,原來係老字號鏞記嘅旗下分支,菜式偏新式為主,不過想食佢哋嘅招牌燒鵝都係冇問題嘅!除咗燒鵝,佢啲嘅點心都係特色菜之一,比較深刻印象就係佢哋嘅手卷雪茄,第一眼真係俾佢呃咗,不得不佩服呢個創意! continue reading
