韭菜餃皮很薄,菜嫩,加上少少肉碎混在一起,簡單得來又好食.而一咬落去係有肉汁的,感覺得這餃水準不錯!

坊間很多韭菜餃個皮厚到喊.菜心又是簡簡單單,食材新鮮,菜鮮甜,爽脆,配上雞味濃郁的雞湯和蒜子,令單調的菜心加添色彩!

這裡有優美的裝修,令人舒服的氣氛與友人談天說地,膠下膠下又一個中午!

Cook anything you want, but just make sure that it is your best work. The dishes can be of food that is not on the menu."

I have been to many restaurants around the world. Whenever I go to a new city in another country, I make it a point to try the best restaurants there. I travel mainly to eat new foods. To say that this is the best I've ever tried is a great compliment. Why am I making such a bold compliment? Most restaurants that are really good have a star chef who can cook a few good dishes. However, at this restaurant, ALL the dishes were stellar, not just a few of the dishes. Also, being a westerner, I normally don't eat certain things, but since all the dishes were so expertly prepared, I bravely tried dishes that I've never tried in my life such as; duck feet, sea cucumber, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. My uncle warned me that these same dishes wouldn't be as good at other Chinese restaurants. He said that since I had my duck feet and sea cucumber cherries popped at this restaurant, I would frown with disdain at all other Chinese restaurants' versions of these dishes.

The duck feet were tender and not rubbery at all. The sea cucumber was soft and felt like the first kiss of a beautiful woman. The abalone was tender and did not have that icky dried seafood smell at all. The live sea prawns were larger than a man's hand and the shells were husked by the waiters at our table. There was one gloved waiter per guest at our table removing shells, pouring drinks, etc The service was impeccable. The food was stellar and there were more dishes than I could count. The fish was steamed just right, not overdone and chewy nor undercooked. The desserts were stellar, too. There was this one dessert that was like jello but was made from the pollen of various fragrant flowers. It was not too sweet as to overpower the delicate pollen flavors. It was so divine that I ate it with my eyes closed. I dreamed that I was dancing in a flowered glen while I enjoyed that dessert.... We dined in a private room and it offered us the privacy to dine naturally without having to worry about appearances in front of strangers. I felt like I was in eating a never ending parade of exquisite dishes. I ate so much I couldn't walk and literally rolled out of the restaurant. I packed up enough leftovers for myself, my uncle's driver and his maid to last the entire week. My only regret was that I did not take any pictures as I did not want to appear to be a country bumpkin in front of my worldly, sophisticated uncle.

The price was about $10,000 HKD per person, not including tips. The waiters were each tipped $500 HKD each.

rice roll with scallop and asparagus: this was really good. it was very light and the roll was not sticky at all. the combination of the scallop and asparagus was very nice. this is a dish i highly recommend.


shanghai dumpling: this was really good. in a lot of place the dumpling is a little too big to put in your mouth. well not here, it's a nice small dumpling, snack size. taste was great and another dish i highly recommend.


har gao: these were very good. these were bite size and juicy on the inside, the dumpling wasn't sticky. how it should be.


sui mai: very good taste

deep fried shrimp wonton with sweet / sour sauce. when they brought this out i was like "what is this??". it was 6 or 7 huge pieces of deep fried stretched wonton and somewhere in there the shrimp was hidden. the deepfried wonton "chip" was really good. crunchy but not too hard. once i did bit into the shrimp it was ok, nothing special.

cow's stomach: very peppery. it was fine but not really something i would usually order.

oven baked bbq pork buns: probably should not have ordered this as we already had enough food. there is some honey that is put onto the bun and i wasn't a fun of that, but the bbq pork was very good.

I heard many different comment on this restaurant so i decided to go try it myselfThe decor is very nice and the green diamond glass is very stylish. Very comfortable and I like it a lot.My boyfriend and I ordered a 蟹蓋 each and it was so delicious. So much crab meat inside! i also like the cheese topping a lot.The wintermelon soup and mango pudding was also very good.A bit expensive but very tasty.

My boyfriend and I ordered a 蟹蓋 each and it was so delicious. So much crab meat inside! i also like the cheese topping a lot.

*the taste and appearance shiu mai and pork bun could merely compare with any ordinary dim sum restaurant.
*upon finishing all the dishes, we asked 2 mangers respectively to check with the missing order for 4 times and every time they say the dishes is coming.
and only during the last time the manger replies that the order was missed long ago and another college has followed up with reordering for us.(OMG!)

= would pay no more visit.

每次來這裡食飯,就是商務應酬的飯局,總之就是吃得很不自在的,今次也不例外,是跟幾個基金佬晚飯。又揀這間酒家,是因為剛在萬豪參加完酒會,貪方便而已。點菜當然輪不到我發板了,反正有什麼來便吃什麼好了。是晚都有湯水,為西洋菜湯。真不明白,為何這個時候店方會推介西洋菜湯,又肯定,這晚的西洋菜不會好吃,而個湯亦是偏淡口。再來就是冷盤和小食,辣黃瓜是刀切的,完全不是手指,好在仍爽甜,辣味則只得少許;牛展軟身入味,算是幾好;燒肉切得太薄,件件肥瘦對開,可是咸香不足。又是東星斑,而且是紅色的,今次竟然不是清蒸,走去炆,實在太浪費了,當然亦不會如清蒸般鮮甜肉嫩;四季豆根本不是干煸的,所以唔得香口惹味;水煮牛一定唔係正宗,辣是辣,但就是乾辣,跟四川的水煮菜色是兩碼子的事;薑汁芥蘭,又是不明所以的一項,為什麼店方不介紹一點時令菜?全晚較好的就只有脆皮雞,起碼送上來時仍是熱呼呼的,皮脆肉嫩,縱然鮮味有限,亦可以收貨了。店方敬送糖水,我要了碗楊枝甘露,夠冰凍,可惜太甜了,柚子亦帶不出清新感覺,很是普通。好在這晚志不在食,否則肯定失望到死。

I agree with many of the other reviews: service is not great, it is more expensive than the city hall dim sum and the decor - which was redone a couple of years ago - could really do with a real makeover.It is where I stop agreeing with most of the reviews on this website: I actually liked to food. The flat noodles with pork are very good. They 'swim' a little bit in soya sauce when reaching your table but they taste really good once you save them from drowning. The warm papaya with almond milk

It is where I stop agreeing with most of the reviews on this website: I actually liked to food. The flat noodles with pork are very good. They 'swim' a little bit in soya sauce when reaching your table but they taste really good once you save them from drowning. The warm papaya with almond milk is a real delight for desert. The rest is an assortment of quite tasty dim sum.

A great place for a bite before or after a movie upstairs

十一月下旬‧寒冷認識食友kkk兄及Lillian已好幾年,他們終於於上年的拆禮物日成眷屬,可喜可賀。KC還有幸被邀請作為兄弟團的一員,而kkk兄的兄弟團當然是各方高手雲集,能敬陪未席,真的與有榮焉。是日就是兄弟團及姊妹團的第一次會面,吃飯的地方選了在此,想必是地點上的考慮,以方便各人為大前題。先來例湯,都算清甜。要了烤鴨,只見年青侍應將烤鴨片得大小不一,不似樣子。也要了一碟叉燒,就十分好吃,就轉了不久就吃清了。蒸肉餅是主人家的推介,碎肉該是機打而不是手刴的,薄薄的,不是心目中喜歡吃的一類型。紅酒燴牛尾煲該是穩陣又不會失手的菜色,但是晚吃到的又很一般。同樣表現很一般的有另一味羊腩煲,據聞索價六百大元一煲的,絕對物非所值。鴿鬆生菜包是另一味穩陣的菜色,是易入口又人人喜歡的。醬燒骨是濃濃的醬汁裹在肉骨頭上面,吃起上來感覺只一般。押尾的兩味是蔬菜類菜色,麒麟豆腐及雞油炒豆苗。主人家交侍好大婚當天的一切要項,我們飲飽食醉之餘,也記得自己負責的項目 ~ 哈哈,都好耐沒有參與人家結婚這樣好玩的活動了,多謝Lillian及kkk兄的安排,及謝謝他們請的這餐飯。足本食評及更多相片,來這裡:http://

是日香港公司開年, 老細又約了佢既好友顆伴黎食lunch. 地點, 又是苦悶的采蝶軒. 前兩次來食, 因為都係同客傾野而不便影相. 今次雖然都是同客, 不過氣氛唔同, 都偷到雞用手機影了幾張. 所以質素比較低劣.叫做開年, 老細都好迷信地叫了D有意頭菜式. 一個發財好事, 一個生財包, 一條東星班(夠紅), 再來一個清淡的上湯豆苗.發財好事, 采蝶軒, 不會用差既料子. 蠔豉的確是靚既蠔. 夠乾, 夠爽甜, 夠蠔味. 不過個蠔汁就唔係幾夠濃. 扣出來的冬菇同生菜就差了少少. 不過髮菜都落得幾重手的.生財包, 即是生菜包, 料就是一般的肉碎, 菜粒菇粒. 味道是不錯. 而且不算過份的濃味, 咬落亦沒有過硬的粒子. 最簡單的就是最好食.采蝶軒都明瑪實價, 不過費就一定貴, 看見老細張單, 呢四個餸要成$2,000幾....., 應該都係呢一條大概斤半既東星斑夠貴. 相熟侍應在魚缸裡撈出一條大魚, 給我們過一過目之後便拿去廚房超渡. 蒸好出來, 果然是一條足秤既魚, 說是海魚, 我就覺得未必, 因為肉質唔夠爽. 不過蒸功就剛好. 食魚, 有一樣重要的配搭, 就是豉油. 不過豉油就普通了少少,

上湯豆苗, 豆苗貴, 已經不望有靚豆苗食, 不過相信采蝶軒會攞刑靚料既. 奈何豆苗老了少少. 食落沒有爽嫩既口感, 而是爽硬既口感. 覺得呢d已經不能再叫做豆苗, 叫荷蘭豆葉更好.

味道普通, 但對比一下價錢, 同出來的食物質素, 以及味道. 前者是天, 後者是地. 難以好評......

今日下午再一次去金鐘采蝶軒飲茶, 都係約o左個客, 全因為個客在金鐘返工關係, 所以去采蝶軒食Lunch, 但我同客人講話好多人話唔OK, 但個客話佢成日都去, 好啦去多次, 返正都唔洗我比, 去到叫o左幾樣小菜 : 乾煸欖菜肉崧四季豆, 梅菜北茹蒸豆腐, 鮮蝦瑤柱賽螃蟹, 我諗大件事啦, 賽螃蟹出名都好多油, 都係小食為妙, 但上到枱見唔好多油, 都可以食小小試下, 一個字"好", 最後我同個客整體都好滿意 (最重要地方唔嘈,可以一路食, 一路吹下水.
