ZEST by Konishi (Closed)

中環安蘭街新開了一家日式X法式的Fusion餐廳，這天就去試試他們的lunch，餐廳分兩層，一層是酒吧，一層是餐廳，酒吧的food Menu不一樣。餐廳裝潢走清新日式路線，大窗透點陽光進來，進餐環境舒適。基本上這次把Lunch Menu 所有Dishes都點了一遍。首先送上新鮮出爐的麵包，法國餐廳的麵包真是其中一個極大的因素令我一再回頭，它們的牛油做得很好，加分。首先每人送上一隻燒貝作開胃前菜。凍前菜比起The Green Garden，我更喜歡Isaki Kobujime, Oyster, Cauliflower，喜歡他們Cauliflower切得薄薄一片，加上Oyster和魚刺生碎，好fresh. 熱前菜有Risotto 和langoustine蝦的熱湯，兩者比較我是比較喜歡蝦的奶油湯，這個湯真的做得很好喝。主菜是魚和牛，兩個主菜我也很喜歡，Kamasu(魚)皮煎得很脆，魚肉又滑，加上底下的Tomato Salsa，吃完大量前菜也不會感覺太油膩。牛也是很好吃，我們點了Medium rare， 熟度合適，很好吃。甜品有Mochi和Sorbet，我是比較喜歡Mochi，Mochi這款甜

We came here without much expectations. But it turned out really really good! The food is great. No just Japanese. Best fried chicken. The design was modern. The balcony was small and cosy. The cocktail and rum were both great. Hibiki is a bit too pricey though.The service was exceptional. What’s best is that it’s not too crowded. I’m hesitating posting this.. Don’t want it to turn into another Zuma.
