中環安蘭街新開了一家日式X法式的Fusion餐廳,這天就去試試他們的lunch,餐廳分兩層,一層是酒吧,一層是餐廳,酒吧的food Menu不一樣。餐廳裝潢走清新日式路線,大窗透點陽光進來,進餐環境舒適。基本上這次把Lunch Menu 所有Dishes都點了一遍。首先送上新鮮出爐的麵包,法國餐廳的麵包真是其中一個極大的因素令我一再回頭,它們的牛油做得很好,加分。首先每人送上一隻燒貝作開胃前菜。凍前菜比起The Green Garden,我更喜歡Isaki Kobujime, Oyster, Cauliflower,喜歡他們Cauliflower切得薄薄一片,加上Oyster和魚刺生碎,好fresh. 熱前菜有Risotto 和langoustine蝦的熱湯,兩者比較我是比較喜歡蝦的奶油湯,這個湯真的做得很好喝。主菜是魚和牛,兩個主菜我也很喜歡,Kamasu(魚)皮煎得很脆,魚肉又滑,加上底下的Tomato Salsa,吃完大量前菜也不會感覺太油膩。牛也是很好吃,我們點了Medium rare, 熟度合適,很好吃。甜品有Mochi和Sorbet,我是比較喜歡Mochi,Mochi這款甜
