Celebrated my mom's birthday at Zhuoyuan because we heard many good comments from our friends, who loved to try out different chinese fine dining in Hong Kong. Truly the view was amazing, and the food was exceptional! My family and i enjoyed it so much, and definitely come back again soon!

最鍾意蘿蔔絲酥 - 外面鬆化,入面有豐富嘅蘿蔔絲,唔會太乾,好好味

黑松露餃 - 松露味濃郁配搭野菌粒好有咬口而且餃皮又夠薄


Order點心每款最少兩件起就可以,大家可以按自己同朋友口味,喜好去落單幾好,唔洗怕浪費,又唔洗就黎就去,大家都食到各自想食嘅嘢👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

另外服務都值得一讚,侍應有禮貌又helpful,因為當日係慶祝生日帶左蛋糕上去切,唔需要收切餅費,待應幫我哋安排上蛋糕時間安排得好perfect,知我哋要影相又主動幫我哋清理,擺位,最後又派曬卡片,留曬Whatsapp叫我哋下次book枱搵番佢。好有誠意😃

昨日,5月8日,和我好朋友同家妹一同4人到這間店食點心作午飯。進入後感覺環境舒適,開揚及更可以望向維港景,但我們可能遲去所以不靠近窗邊位,但觀景都唔差。我們開茶後,揮揮手準備叫嘢。其中一個呀姐說:「好,就嚟」,等小5分鐘唔見咗人,再另叫另外一個呀姐,叫了好幾聲,佢全心全意開一張新枱的擺碗筷(枱邊是沒有人客等後的),佢都不應對我的呼喚。最後要我像大排檔式的大聲呼叫,部長即衝過來了。我跟他說:「你們這店咁高層檔次,點解叫極都冇人應我,同我落單,其實我都唔想大大聲的叫人呀,話哂我都係有文化的。」他連隨say sorry. OK 我接受了,便向他落一堆點心的order包括一個煎蠔烙。食落點心都係一般,就像外面食肆差唔多,只不過係多咗d整色整水,例如燒賣加咗魚子醬在面,蝦餃和流沙包塑料一 下金色的油( 一定唔係金箔)每粒計算 30蚊一粒,蠔烙叫咗半個鍾頭才到,佢話先前一個煎衰咗; 所以咁耐,食落去味道唔差,但接近300一個, 抵唔抵食,自己決定

一向會睇Openrice食評再選擇去品嚐,見其他食客都高度評價卓苑的茶市。今天與家人去晚飯,7点到大廳空無一人,似包廳...哈哈哈哈。最後有3枱,眼前维港夜景是唯一賣點,其他服務及食物只可用勁差來形容一,叫了幾款小菜都話無,待應介紹的春菜煲,轉頭又話無,仲話係會員制,要預留才有,其實訂位時是否須要訂定小菜,還是晚市只招待會員。 其中叫了兩隻乳鴿,本想請再煮熟一点,但待應的態度十分奇怪,首先望了望,再帶上老花眼鏡細看,再同你講退吧及拿走,一句不好意思或要否改其他小菜都沒有,比茶記更差。個個待應似新人。最後,想點一些甜品,同樣大部份都無。真的是超卓的食肆。本人未曾寫過食評,真的不吐不快。

今日起身無野做, 突然間想飲茶,即刻上網搵吓邊度有好嘢食,搵到呢間新開嘅好似冇乜人講過嘅餐廳,膽粗粗試吓啦!上到去環境唔錯,因為已經係下午兩點嘅關係,場內冇乜人得兩三枱,安排我坐喺窗邊位, 個景幾靚,但心諗希望唔係又係食環境啦! 之後叫咗大紅袍茶,叫咗幾個點心: 蝦餃、金魚餃、春卷、叉燒包、蝦腸、馬拉糕! 蝦餃: 唔錯幾精美,仲整啲金箔喺面!金魚餃: 都好靚, 但我自己一般, 味道有啲清!春卷: 賣樣!味道正常啦!叉燒包: 賣相好得,爆餡,個包鬆軟,但發覺餡料醬多叉燒比較少!馬拉糕: 正常蝦腸: 最有驚喜係蝦腸,每一件都有一大隻蝦,腸粉皮做得很好

蝦腸: 最有驚喜係蝦腸,每一件都有一大隻蝦,腸粉皮做得很好

朋友介紹新開粵菜,因現在冇晚市只有試吓午市飲茶,飲左雪菊茶好特別,有少少九制陳皮香味,值得一試,叫咗花枝米綱腸粉、鮮蝦腸粉、金箔蝦餃、鮑魚酥、金魚餃、蘿蔔絲酥、小籠包、菊花春卷、和牛野菌卷,雪山叉燒包,最後係甜品紅袍荔枝,真係超有水準。花枝米綱腸粉好好食,脆卜卜腸粉好特別又好味,金魚餃栩栩如生,上菜時似池塘入面有4條金魚游水,真係好靚。蝦腸D蝦好大隻,甜品荔枝好得意好似真係原粒荔枝一樣,上面係薄荷葉,外面有脆卜卜的粒粒,而入面係流生咸蛋王醬同蒟蒻,必定要試試,大廳有個超大無敵海景,睇嚟個老闆想米芝連摘星星。
