a small insignificant shop in Tai Kok Tsui old building.Shop front isn't much to catch one's attention. Was walking around the area exploring, looking for a new place to try out.Ordered a starter, cold potato with garlic, not bad. Me for one who always limit my carb intake I finished half a portion alone. Set dinners, a Sour Pickled Veg Fish and a 回鍋肉 (Twice Cooked Pork, direct translation), both served with steamed rice.Both dishes are so delicious, served piping hot. Yes, dishes are on the oily side, as with most if not all Sichuan dishes, but they are so good.As said, for someone who takes max 1tbp of rice a day, I had almost half a bowl of rice alone because of these yummy dishes Will certainly be back to try other dishes. 今天下午 ,我走到去樓下商場, 想食午飯; 但係食市都很多客人 ,根本冇位 。所以走了過去 大全街36號 ,知味川菜 ,叫了酸菜魚 ,小辣。 我覺得應該是鱸魚, 完全沒有骨; 配一會白飯 和一杯熱檸茶。 酸菜魚, 酸辣適中, 十分開胃。 下次我一定會再去試, 因為真係好好味。 continue reading

呢日同三五知己去左嗰間川菜餐廳食晏,有種滿滿街坊味~店面乾淨,環境舒適,坐落之後就開始點菜啦!首先嗌咗個「泡椒鳳爪」,啖啖肉仲帶點彈性,泡椒味足夠正🌶️,略帶刺激嘅酸香真係開胃到爆!跟住嗰「豉椒蒸排骨」味道夠濃,肉質夠嫩,啖啖肉感真係肥美得滯!講到口水直流就非「辣子雞丁」莫屬,啲雞肉質感細嫩,抖上啲干辣椒同花椒,微辣又麻麻地,正喎!👌蔬菜方面,「乾煸四季豆」炒得外脆內嫩,啖啖惹味,啲豆仲拖住小小蒜香,唔單止清新,仲增加咗幾分層次感。最後落場嘅「魚香茄子煲」真係冧到我,茄子煲得腍滑,魚香味濃郁得黎又唔膩,融入咗茄子嘅每一個細胞咁。整體黎講,這家川菜餐廳平民價錢但質素一流,無論係食材定係味道都掂晒,真係大推薦!今次食完心情大好,撐到褲帶都要鬆一鬆咁,下次還會再黎添!😄👍💯 continue reading

在滋味川菜這間餐廳 ,我最喜歡老壇酸菜魚 。每個月我都會去食上一、二次 。這份酸菜魚 ,一人份量剛剛好, 配一個白飯, 凍飲就要加三元 ,我一般叫多一杯凍檸茶, 大約65元 。酸菜魚的酸、辣味道 適中。魚片幾乎沒有骨, 因為食魚我最怕有骨 。值得推介。 continue reading
