To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我想試這社企餐廳很久了。今天，我探朋友並相約試了午餐。餐湯非常濃，推介。麵包普通。三文魚份量多，牛油果也新鮮。我們也試了意粉，不錯，不會太膩。我忘記拍照。枱與枱之間距離合理，不會聽到鄰座說什麼。總結，希望大家多些支持。不要期待服務十分快捷，如果有些複雜，例如用優惠券，請要更有耐性。大家也可以支持早餐，下午茶。

今日兜兜轉轉，㩒到「愛烘焙」，心思思想食返件好味嘅點心。坐低後，嗌咗個「精選芝士蛋糕套餐」，期待好耐。🍰嗱，榛子芝士蛋糕終於上枱，外觀靚架，微微嘅榛子香已經四溢。細心品嚐，滿口芝士嘅香濃夾雜著榛子嘅脆口，真係一流，食落就好似有個甜蜜嘅拖肥喺口腔緩緩融化。蛋糕質感剛好，不過甜，啱晒唔鐘意太膩口嘅我。☕等了一陣，杯咖啡都跟手送上嚟。熱嚟嚟，面頭仲有心心形嘅拉花，真係心花怒放咁。飲一啖，微苦中帶點巧克力嘅回甘，啖啖都是溫暖。呢度嘅店員服務好貼心，每一張笑臉背後都充滿歡迎嘅氣息。「愛烘焙」唔單止係賣點心咖啡，仲有佢哋員工嘅愛心同努力。真心推介畀大家，感受下呢份簡單嘅幸福同溫暖！👍🏻

打電話問定早餐去到幾點，明明話11:00前。但10:30去到，就話未必有，我話打佐黎問，就同我講要12:00前走，因為要做午餐。入到去，話某d枱已消毒，唔可以坐。不斷問食乜早餐，然後大叫同事快點整⋯其實我都只係想食個早餐啫⋯⋯如果唔想做早餐做到咁晏，就唔好同人講啦⋯⋯食物質素就一般架嘞，不過打住社企旗號，就實有客嘅。坦白講，呢到所謂嘅一般職員，無論工作態度同說話技巧，都唔ok，一幅我係社企黎架，你話我投訴我呀嘅態度
