今日傍晚時份行經銅鑼灣百德新街,見到呢間日式小店「赤」,本著試新嘢嘅心,走入去探店試菜。餐廳裝修充滿著日式居酒屋風格,放滿清酒樽的一幅木架牆十分吸睛。🍢 鮮蔬菜條每到日本居酒屋,例必有嘅蔬菜條,分別有紅蘿蔔條、青瓜條、芹菜條和椰菜片,配埋日式麵豉醬,夠晒清爽滋味。🍢 味醂魚乾呢個味醂魚乾烤到啱啱好,唔會太乾太硬,食落重好juicy添,配埋沙律醬,味道一流。🍢 雞翼呢串雞翼有2隻,烤到外皮金黃酥脆,而裡面啲肉質重保持到鮮嫩多汁。🍢 豚肉荔枝卷豚肉經鹽燒後,表面微焦,裡面加埋果肉飽滿多汁嘅荔枝肉,勁好味。🍢 芝士年糕芝士年糕燒到外皮少少硬,但內裡夠晒软糯Q弹,芝士奶香味濃郁,配埋脆口嘅紫菜食,層次感極豐富。🍢 柚子胡椒豬腩豬腩肉加入咗柚子胡椒,經烤烤後散髮出迷人嘅柚子果香,使到口感更加清新宜人。🍢 日本長崎雞胸軟骨雞胸軟骨的軟硬度適中,不會太硬,也不會太軟失去口感,而肉質夠鮮嫩,不會有乾柴的感覺。🍢 白鱔白鱔燒到外皮夠咸香脆口,而裡面嘅魚肉重好細膩。🍢 菠蘿燒烤後嘅菠蘿微微焦黃,一口落去啲菠蘿汁標晒出嚟,夠晒香甜多汁。🍢 燒岩手縣生蠔岩手縣生蠔肉質飽滿,口感滑嫩,配合埋味噌,令生蠔增添咗一份醇厚嘅醬香味。 continue reading

今日同朋友喺銅鑼灣行街,lunch搵左間日本餐廳,因為我地都好想食魚生😍黎左間新開嘅日式居酒屋,位於百德新街,環境好舒適,好闊落!午市套餐好抵食!主食有好多選擇,套餐包椰菜沙律、茶碗蒸、漬物同麵䜴湯,椰菜沙律仲係任添,清爽可口😋我們點了兩種魚生飯:三色刺身丼和角切魚生丼。兩款都有三文魚、吞拿魚和油甘魚🤤🔶三色刺身丼三文魚、吞拿魚和油甘魚大大塊,色澤鮮豔,魚肉新鮮,口感滑嫩。🔶角切魚生丼魚片切工獨特,角切的形狀增加了咀嚼的趣味,每啖都食到唔同嘅魚生👍🏻🔶 自家製免治雞肉棒配月見汁肉質滑嫩,雞肉加雞軟骨口感豐富,月見汁的風味讓人印象深刻😋🔶厚切牛舌芯厚切多汁,內裡好嫩,整體牛舌好彈牙👍🏻整體黎講,午市套餐唔單只好食,而且豐富,性價比高,非常值得推薦! continue reading
