今次同長輩食飯,就揀咗懷舊老店鳯城洒家,呢度有佢哋鍾意嘅正宗順德菜食,重有懷舊手工菜🤩我都好想試吓呀!我哋當日坐樓上,環境整潔又舒適,坐住食得好舒服👍🏻🌀紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯呢個燉湯好特別,用茶壺一位位上的,個螺頭湯超鮮甜,材料超足,螺頭、雞腳、瘦肉、淮山,我全部食清光😝🌀鍋貼大明蝦球先嚟嘅呢個鍋貼大明蝦球,每塊炸得極酥脆嘅金黃色多士上邊都有大大隻原蝦好爽口彈牙,真係好好食😋呢個真係必食推介👍🏻🌀招牌炸子雞呢度嘅炸子雞真係超抵食,依家做緊個優惠價錢只係$148咋🤩重要係超大隻嘅三黃雞呀😍炸得皮脆肉嫩,雞肉好香滑,又保持到肉汁,就算雞胸肉位一啲都唔會嚡口,滑嘟嘟😋呢個真係必點🌀北京填鴨(半隻)鴨皮烤得色澤金黃,鴨肉質嫩香有肉汁😋完全唔會有肥膩感,薄餅皮配搭京蔥絲,青瓜,甜麵醬食,超美味😋🌀煎釀鯪魚呢個順德名菜煎釀鯪魚我第一次食,呢個真係手工菜,所以必定要點嚟試吓,將原條鯪魚起皮真係要好有工序,再去骨起肉,再釀番入魚皮之內,煎香切件,食落去有淡淡嘅陳皮味香,魚肉唔會有腥味,再沾埋個鼓汁食真係超Perfect😋🌀鳳肝金錢雞呢個順德名菜聽就聽得多啦,所以今次一於叫嚟試吓,一塊肥豬肉、一塊雞肝、一塊豬肉疊起組合而成,味道濃郁😋呢度比較特別,用上白麵包嚟襯托一齊食🌀海味雜菜煲食咗咁多肉肉,一定要叫返個菜先啦!就連個雜菜煲都咁足料,大量乾魷魚,大大隻蝦乾,個湯汁好鮮甜😋粉絲索晒湯汁嘅味道好正呀👍🏻🌀蓮蓉西米焗布甸(細)完美嘅一餐,就要用完美嘅甜品嚟結尾,咁呢個西米焗布甸一定係啦🥰即點即焗,上枱熱辣辣,表面焗得夠晒焦香😍布甸入面除咗西米之外,仲有超香嘅蓮蓉,喜歡佢唔會做得太過甜,食完一啖又一啖真係停唔到口,呢個又係必點,真係好好食😋

I'd seriously recommend booking this place for birthday celebrations in big groups, because they have huge tables and incredible Chinese cuisines to serve. Our birthday star was stunned by her "cake" this year, with a very aromatic baked caramelised top; custardy sago pudding in the middle; and sweet lotus paste at the bottom. The three layers perfectly melted into each other, and you could easily spoon this cake to savor. We got each of us a serving of the signature soup stewed in purple clay teapots, just poured the golden liquid out into the tea cup when you are ready to drink. It's the very rare moment that I enjoy soup in such a delicate and delicious way. There were dried conch, chicken feet, dried scallop, lean pork, yam, and wolfberries boiled in this soup- an absolute elixir to cure my body & soul. A proper Chinese feast should never miss any of these: Peking duck is a must-order, fried whole crispy chicken (on superb discount at occasions, please keep a keen eye!), giant prawn toasts that were extremely crispy and delightful, very well-seasoned fish paste-shaped fish that came in a tasty Chinese demi glace made of black beans & sun-dried mandarin peels, Chinese liver pate & preserved salted meat sandwich (a tribute to the traditional Money Chicken rolls), and a pot of assorted vegetables cooked with fragrant dried prawns, squid legs, mushrooms and vermicelli. Such a great dinner.

約幾個朋友假期前晚餐聚一聚,搵間酒家貪佢坐得舒服啲,原來啲嘢食都唔簡單。鳳城酒家表面上係一間普通酒家,實際上都有好多特色菜,包括餐廳主力推嘅順德菜。現場環境清靜,坐得又舒服 (最嘈反而係我哋嗰枱😆),好啱朋友聚會。紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯 $108/位雖然呢個湯係每位計,但每位佢都會有一個紫砂茶壺同一個細杯,淨係呢樣嘢已經夠晒誠意。但其實內裏佢嘅料都甚多,湯又夠味,相當不可多得。鍋貼大明蝦 $38/件餐廳推薦必叫。蝦甚為大隻,所謂鍋貼其實係多士,但炸得好脆好香口,而且有一定厚度,好好食。鳳肝金錢雞 $60/件好特別而經典嘅順德菜式。用上雞肝、豬肉等同烘麵包砌成,相當考手工,味道基本上由醬汁提供,其他材料主要係食質感。北京填鴨半隻 $238用上非常靚嘅擺盤造成。片皮鴨雖然只有半隻,但份量都算多。片皮鴨嘅肉量比較多,對於鍾意肉感嘅人嚟講,係一個福音。煎釀鯪魚 $238用鯪魚造成,但砌返一條魚嘅外型,同樣地好考功夫。食落去唔會有腥味,而且幾香口,亦唔會好膩,質感就偏滑。炸子雞 $148/隻今晚最抵食嘅菜式,因為係特價菜式,炸子雞係一整隻上,相當巨型,四人食亦未必食得晒。食落去亦好香口,味道絕佳,絕對符合我哋對炸子雞嘅期望。海味雜菜煲 $138最尾當然要叫返啲菜。呢個海味雜菜煲嚟到嘅時候我哋都覺得幾大個。最鍾意佢有啲魷魚,魷魚同菜煲嘅味係夾嘅。蓮蓉西米焗布甸(大) $198非常驚人嘅甜品。外表已經焗至焦香,聞落已經好香。食落蓮蓉同西米嘅味道好豐富。如果有胃口,最後用呢個甜品嚟買齋,係相當完美嘅收結。

同屋企人食餐好嘅,今次揀咗喺銅鑼灣嘅鳳城酒家海蜇燻蹄好受歡迎嘅前菜之一,燻蹄切得好薄,口感唔錯;海蜇好有彈性,脆口食落會追食,少少辣味好開胃沙薑浸豬手🐷皮爽又彈,同樣都幾啱開胃大良炒鮮奶🥛牛奶同蛋白份量好平均,炒出嚟仍嫩嫩der,加上蝦肉,呢啲功夫菜,好好味鍋貼大明蝦球🍤方包同蝦配得啱啱好,輕輕蛋味,無影響蝦味,方包炸得剛剛好,脆口,無乜油膉味魚湯魚腐菜苗🐟個湯好清,魚腐煮得啱啱好,菜苗夠新鮮,配個湯冇得輸豉油王龍鬚炒麵🦑幼麵夠晒火喉,一啲都唔黏,加埋魷魚鬚,味道啱啱好蓮蓉西米焗布甸(要提早一日落單)超鍾意食呢個甜品,熱熱地食,蓮蓉夠晒味,好香口,每人分一小碗剛剛好🫶🏼題外話,我好鍾意佢哋嘅鐵觀音,特別香口同濃,我少有地食中菜狂飲茶🤣🤣好耐無食,不過水準仍然保持到,呢個價錢絕對唔貴(我哋係散叫,食食吓先知有套餐,其實唔使一定因為母親節先點,都幾抵食)喺幫襯呢一晚見到一啲熟口熟面嘅食客,希望佢哋宜家過得好啦🥺

提早慶祝母親節,老媽最鍾意食中菜,今次帶佢去老牌酒家「鳳城」食傳統順德菜🥢🫕紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯一人一壺,自斟自飲,紫砂茶壺又保溫,𥚃面材料十足,有螺頭、淮山、雞腳、瘦肉、杞子,燉足幾個鐘,啖湯鮮甜又滋補。🦐鍋貼大明蝦原隻大蝦肉夠彈牙,多士炸得鬆脆。💰鳳肝金錢雞賣相似三文治,叉燒、肥豬肉、鳳肝(雞潤薄片)夾埋一齊食,味道比較濃郁。🐔炸子雞用上三黃雞,即叫即炸,雞皮金黃香脆,雞肉厚身嫩滑,每枱必點👍🏻🦆北京填鴨(半隻)鴨肉軟滑唔肥膩,加埋甜醬、青瓜,用薄餅捲嚟食,味道豐富。🐟煎釀鯪魚傳統順德菜,鯪魚拆骨起肉,再將鯪魚肉調味後釀返入魚身煎,食落魚肉有淡淡陳皮味,肉質紮實,豆豉汁惹味。🥬海味雜菜煲蝦乾好大隻,乾魷同樣鮮味,湯底清甜,粉絲吸味,健康又美味。🍮蓮蓉西米焗布甸經典甜品,表面焗到焦香,西米布甸滑溜,蓮蓉綿密。鳳城歷史悠久,保留傳統順德菜,炸子雞必點,當晚仲有優惠$148/一隻,真係物超所值👍🏻
