因為之前食過午餐覺得唔錯,約朋友黎晚餐聚會。 前一日收到餐廳WhatsApp 確認訂枱,同時send左個menu問駛唔駛留海鮮。到食飯當日晏晝,餐廳再追問要唔要留海鮮,當時回覆唔須要。預約左夜晚7點,準時到,成間餐廳得2-3枱客,我地被安排喺餐廳中間既枱。由於餐廳唔多人,嘗試要求坐喺一邊較舒服位置,但餐廳職員表示有訂坐所以安排唔到。但係最後我哋10點幾走嗰啲枱都係無人坐😏到落單時又不斷sell海鮮,其實我哋只係想食餐普通便飯傾吓偈。P.S. 附近滿枱海鮮既食客被安排舒適位置,兩人坐6人枱🙄叫左炒青瓜苗、咕嚕肉、四季豆,九肚魚同埋冷盤拼盤,野食ok,但咁既服務唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

看了宣傳片被特式招牌海鮮吸引而來,約了幾位好朋友前來慶祝生日。今晚來到已經全場爆滿,幸好提早兩星期訂位。雖然過了十分鐘才能入座,不過等位時候服務員一直真誠致歉,餐廳非常繁忙,不過感受氣氛很好。每位服務員都能保持尊業的態度,正能量滿滿的。預訂了招牌火焰蟹,上桌時介紹是特調cocktail,然後會點火,香味扑鼻 。又熱辣辣爆膏的,超正。還有琥珀瀨尿蝦,都非常鮮味。秘製酒汁,膏做到好似糖心蛋,從來沒有在其他餐廳吃到的。還隨便點了幾款小食,價錢實惠。想不到吃得出都是用心製作,很捧。最後,用餐過程全程有專人跟進,還有專業的慶祝生日服務,還有神秘生日禮物送感受到餐廳滿滿的愛心,香港的味道和精神。一定會繼續支持。 continue reading

看到網上吃播介紹旺角「明廚」的海鮮好吸引,見銅鑼灣有店,Openrice上’0‘差評,就決定試下.提前做過功課,食物目標明確,餐廳也容易搵,按booking時間,兩人順順利利到達,開餐.1)琥珀醉瀨尿蝦 HKD488.- (7/10)整隻瀨尿蝦7分熟,切段,青瓜片墊底,冷碟上檯後,淋酒於蝦身……蝦段保持了本身的自然色,披上透明的酒液,相信此為‘琥珀’,以酒浸泡,此為‘醉’ ,故,得名:琥珀醉瀨尿蝦. 算是有創意的菜式!唔知係唔係食材有偏差,今日啲瀨尿蝦肉有些霉,唔彈牙,而且酒味中帶有些許腥氣…..難道是這道菜的特色?下次我會試另外的招牌‘鬼火深喉瀨尿蝦’2)雙天至尊凍鵝肝 HKD198.- (8/10)口感棉滑冇的輸!甜鮮的調味汁配著脆米粒和沙律蔬菜絲,鵝肝軟/米粒脆/蔬菜爽口! 唯一不適應的:切片過厚,因為我哋2個人食1碟,有啲滯,4人order比較適合3) 油鹽焗香港火焰奄仔蟹 HKD588.- (8/10)- 因為唔係奄仔蟹當造期,店家改用了肉蟹(其實奄仔蟹先係我既目標😅)- 火焰的作用係錦上添花,但會增加一些燒long的味道- 的確係肉蟹啲size大一些,油鹽焗的蟹膏蟹肉已經夠鹹味,唔使再沾料4)三重芝士焗龍蝦炒飯底 HKD438.-/(半隻) (9/10)龍蝦肉Q彈,芝士味香濃,如果米飯係圓粒米,應該比長條米更搭😅原價用整隻龍蝦係788+1,但店家看我哋只係倆位食,推薦我們試食,建議訂半份(芝士多會感覺滯)👍買單,雖然唔平,因為係慕名而來,預算之內,還能接受! continue reading

之前去吃过两次都挺好吃的,所以想着过年跟家人去吃吃。但是今天去非常失望。龙井鸡-特别咸火焰蟹 - 蟹跟之前比小了很多,黄和肉都很少鸡煲翅 - 是我吃过的最差的鸡煲翅,598但是鱼翅少得可怜,汤一点不浓,感觉像加了开水的鸡汤椒盐九肚鱼,辣酒煮螺,菜心 - 味道也是普普通通。每次去都会送糖水。今天看到有给包间的客人送糖水,问他们是不是有糖水送,服务员说那是客人预定的。过了两分钟另外一个服务员问我们要不要糖水,有免费送。失望透顶,没有什么心情吃了。结账发现2岁的小朋友还收了28一位的茶位费也是第一次见,问服务员,服务员说是的,要收。。最后加了20%的服务费,4个大人(2岁小朋友在家已经吃过饭所以并没有吃,要了一点温开水收了28的茶位费),一共吃了差不多3500,不知道吃了什么。不会再去。哦对了,餐盘4个,3个都是有缺口的。让换一下,3个换来还是有一个是有缺口的。 continue reading

比佢影的相吸引過來,又證明多人like少差評餐廳都可以中伏建議只點招牌菜:醉瀨尿蝦/太子炒飯/馬友(冷盤),其他全部出面食到而且平一截,尤其係個油浸荀殼,無鮮味,大排檔都好過佢如果可以接受收五星級價錢但service預大排檔,咁可以黎ga…-啲枱好迫,隔離枱食客行出行入一定撞到-用餐時間2小時但訂枱時無講,同佢WhatsApp預訂菜單無講,佢去到一入門口就話只可以坐2個鐘-仲有小插曲係,訂枱時WhatsApp佢叫佢send menu比我,佢叫我自己睇OpenRice..只有1次,不會再來 continue reading
