聽到皇室堡以為一定好貴,點知下午茶時段去食,又唔貴喎!我哋四個人食,人均都係$160左右,叫到成枱都係,超級滿足!!!!真係味覺盛宴又極致~酒樓上菜好快👍🏻每碟都仲係熱辣辣出晒煙咁上菜👍🏻首先上嚟嘅係香噴噴嘅雪山叉燒包,一碟有3個,肥油泰半,麵粉軟滑,好食👍🏻之後有潮州蒸粉粿,餡料好足,重點唔厚皮!不得不提係..蟹籽燒賣!!好大粒燒賣,蟹籽鮮甜多汁,餡料厚實豐富。之後有北菰棉花雞,雞肉嫩滑多汁,菰菇香味濃郁,口感獨特。銀芽肉絲煎脆麵亦好開胃,脆而唔乾,麵同汁分開上,唔會令麵淋左👍🏻另外,脆皮燒腩仔,個皮好脆,水準十足;叉燒腸,好薄皮,唔錯🤤仲有仲有係..鮑汁炆鳳爪,滾爛軟爛,好入味!椒鹽魷魚鬚,好好食真係!好超級酥鬆,魷魚鬚好彈牙!川味口水雞,不過不失~黑松露魚鮮蝦帶子餃,都係大大粒,賣相好吸引👍🏻瑤柱竹笙灌湯餃,叫左兩籠😆餡料超級豐富,皮又薄又滑,味道岩岩好,唔會好鹹~總括黎講,呢間酒樓飲茶款式全面,質素好高,而且價錢非常合理;環境優雅,寬敞乾淨,坐得好舒服~下次會再黎食! continue reading

有台灣朋友來香港,相約在銅鑼灣食lunch, 見食評唔錯就揀左呢間飲茶吃點心試試看。雖然訂左枱,但尋日人多所以都要等大約15分鐘,好可能亦因為人多,問佢野時知客的態度好麻麻。。。我地叫左5個點心,水準只係好一般:-- 排骨好多肥肉,- 燒賣的肉有點散,- 咸水角算是外脆內軟但入口比較油- 鳳爪和腸粉合格環境算OK, 我地坐邊位所以唔算太逼。埋單2人共$220.或者我要求或期望過高,整體其實係失望的,尤其今次係帶台灣朋友來嘗點心。。。 continue reading

去完SOGO Thankful week,諗緊附近有什麼選擇,記得皇室堡樓上有幾間酒樓,上網睇完決定試一下這間豪宴薈,上去見到部份場地以包場,要攞飛等,很快入去,散客枱都已經爆滿,見到好多人點孖寶,$328有龍蝦和吊燒雞,龍蝦份量很足夠,啖啖肉,特別是用稻庭烏冬底,特別適合小朋友吃,吊燒雞皮脆肉滑,附上的醬料配合也超好吃,額外再叫多兩隻大閘蟹,大約4-4.5両重,雖然唔大隻,不過蟹膏好香,都係加6 ,70/隻,絕對會再嚟 continue reading

和屋企人生日飯聚,首次在這間酒樓吃晚飯。這間酒樓裝修比較簡約,不太豪華,但座位舒適乾淨。點了:柚子炸蝦球、橄角肉排、魚、沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲、涼瓜墨魚片、炸鮮魷 …..橄角肉排很惹味,啖啖肉,很香,正!沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲,很家庭式煮法,味道唔錯。涼瓜墨魚片,很健康的家庭小炒。整體昧道唔錯,食料靚及新鮮。性價比高,會再來。 continue reading

很難得見過網上沒有負評的餐廳,於是訂枱食晚飯。點了片皮鴨二吃,金銀蛋莧菜,晚市特價的柚子汁蝦球。廚房的效率非常之高,落單不超過10分鐘已經開始上菜。首先上枱的是金銀蛋莧菜。新鮮的莧菜煮得又腍又嫩,簡單又好味。😋片皮鴨上枱時仍有温度,應該是非常受歡迎的關係,廚房一路在燒。薄餅皮夠薄,以蒸籠上枱,保持温度。我們一致覺得好味。😋二吃的片皮鴨肉,我點了以涼瓜炒。大家又一致認為好味。😋柚子汁炒蝦球調味不俗,但唔夠彈牙,比其他餸差。員工的服務態度值得一讚,友善又有效率。晚餐好味,大家都食得開心。😊 continue reading
