試過這裏的weekend lunch 另我念念不忘,一個月來了兩次。正價的時候連加一大概是400/位,可能大家會覺得小貴,此價位酒店自助餐都可吃到了,但呢度除咗環境cozy外,食物嘅質素都很好,坐3-4個鐘連咖啡甜品其實很合理,為酒店自助餐以外的一個好選擇!食物幾乎全部都很好吃,主菜的咖喱牛肋骨煮得很淋又入味,sea bass煮得恰到好處,同行朋友話係佢喺香港食過最好嘅sea bass. 五穀飯 mix 得好好,可恨的是胃太小了😭。還有超好味的冬陰功,自製的椰子雪糕、泰式奶茶macaroon、jasmine flavoured panna cotta, 實在係好有誠意的semi buffet! continue reading

My first visit here hosted by a close friend. I was impressed by the ambience and the decor which is very hip and festive. Food is definitely nouveau Thai with Thai names - like we would understand what the dish names mean, haha! It's great place for young people who want to see and be seen. The ingredients used are quite exotic, such as heart of palm, banana blossom, ginger betel leaves. The recipes are very interesting but the the taste of some dishes is really not that impressive. 大家愛吃泰菜嗎? 我一向都喜歡吃泰菜的,味道酸酸辣辣甜甜的,十分開胃;而在香港,泰茶的店不算少,但菜式上則不算特別,都是差不多的食物,覺得沒甚麼新意吧。Issaya Siamese Club在曼谷店可是最佳的50餐廳,來了香港亦已經一陣子,最近則推出了週日半自助晚餐,價錢上是$438+10%/位,包了自助頭盤、餐湯、三隻蝦刺身、一份主菜和自助甜點;可以吃多款不同的頭盤,最適心花心的我,每樣都可以吃,又不會過飽。 這裡的環境很棒喔,裝潢上都是五顏六色的,令人感覺十分輕鬆,而且店面面積很大,可以輕鬆自在地用餐;再加上都是用了落地玻璃,遠眺維港,其實香港的夜景真的很美呢。 天氣還熱,一到步,先來一杯Virgin Mojito,通常和別人說我也來杯virgin時,都會覺得很奇怪,為什麼我不喝有酒精的;因為我不太喜歡喝cocktail,liquor/spirit的味道令我有點反胃呢。個人頗喜歡這杯Mojito,味道清清的,甜度亦剛好,而且用這個杯裝著真的很型呢。 先來春卷,簡簡單單的前菜,配上醬汁味道不錯呢。 香辣醋汁牛柳 辣海鮮沙律 香蕉花拌棕櫊芯沙律 青木瓜海鮮沙律 有三款沙律可選,三款當中最喜歡的便是香蕉花拌棕櫊芯沙律,味道濃郁之餘又特別,酸酸甜甜,吃完又吃喔。 甜辣醬脆豆腐 泰式香葉包 泰式香葉包也是必吃的,看似沒甚麼,但其實把多種材料混在一起的味道的確不錯的,我特別加了很多的乾蝦,十分香口呢! 泰式酸汁三文魚沙律 四棱豆沙律 豬串燒 頭盤方面,有一系列的沙律外,還有豬串燒,肉質很軟腍,再配上燒汁,新鮮熱辣的,吃多些也無妨呢。 海鮮湯和椰香素菜湯 吃過頭盤後,不如來份湯吧;有兩款可選,分別是海鮮湯和椰香素菜湯。 本來看到這個顏色,以為是冬蔭功,但原來不是喔,真的是海鮮湯,香濃的海鮮味,當中加入了多款的材料來製成,味道上十分豐富呢! 而椰香素菜湯反而帶冬蔭的味道,大概是加入了香茅吧,再加上椰香,味道不錯喔。 每人的三隻蝦刺身,新鮮就是好。 馬沙文咖喱燴牛肋骨 主菜有6-7款可選,愛牛的我當然會選牛吃,份量是超多的,相信亦炆煮了不短的時間,肉質十分軟腍,加上咖哩味十分濃郁,味道不錯,如果牛味再濃些會更棒呢。 棷香蒸焗龍蝦 (+$80) 另外亦點了龍蝦,雖是半隻龍蝦,但因為加了curry custard來焗,所以感覺很大隻;椰香的味道頗強,因為是蒸焗,所以不會很乾,龍蝦味亦算濃郁;兩者之間,我還是比較喜歡吃牛呢。 清邁蘑菇五穀飯 每份主菜都會有一份五穀飯,五穀飯做得很好,十分香,健康又美味。 最後當然要來些甜品吧;香芒椰汁糯米飯也是必吃的,真的超喜歡喔,如果不是太飽,我肯定會吃上四、五份!! 另外亦有分子雪糕,當中加入了米,質感十分特別呢! 這個buffet整體的感覺不錯,有機會的話,還是想試試a la carte的菜式呢。 Issaya Siamese Club 銅鑼灣登龍街1-29號金朝陽中心2期Midtown25樓全層 2154 3048請支持一下小妹,給我一個like continue reading
