平時比較少食印度菜,今次朋友推介,試吓☺️餐廳位於利園三期,餐廳環境好靚,設計都好宮廷feel,亦都有啲打卡位,而且部份座位整得好靚,外面亦都有個小露台👍🏻食物方面亦都幾特別,有好多不同種類嘅印度香料,所以味道都比較複雜,都幾好食😋環境個碟好靚😍前菜左邊椰子Lassi,右手芒果Lassi,每杯+$68比較杰身,幾好飲嘅😄LUCKNOWI TOKRI CHAAT薯仔做咗個雀巢,上面有不同香料配搭,酸酸甜甜、再加上好多印度嘅不同香料,味道好複雜,但係好好食😋😋😋TANDOORI BEEF CHOP + $88估唔到咁嫩滑,而且好濃郁嘅牛肉味,值得加錢試吓👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Main:SMOKED BUTTER CHICKENLAAL MAAS (Famous Lamb Curry From Rajasthan)另外轉了甜嘅 Peshwari Naan +$38 😋印度飯任添BAKED SAFFRON KHEER WITH FENNEL PISTACHIO CAKE同樣係好多不同印度嘅香料,做咗一啲嘅類似雪糕嘅物體,又有啲糯米飯加埋一齊食好特別😋ISPAHAN KULFI多種水果味嘅雪葩,其中包括荔枝味,好食😋佢哋本介紹書仔可以知道佢哋嘅歷程同埋推介 continue reading

精緻印度菜選擇不多,早前到 Rosewood 的 CHAAT 體驗果然很好,不愧為米芝蓮一星餐廳。而城中熱店 Leela 主打印度皇家味道,由 CHAAT 前主廚 Manav Tuli 帶領創作,開業僅一年旋即登上 Michelin Guide,和 Foodies 一探究竟。入座前需穿過一條充滿異國風情的走廊,設計風格融入大量如印度宮殿的花紋與色彩元素,沙發位置私密度高,設有戶外露台酒吧位置,環境愜意舒適。𖡦 Baked Chettinadu Samosa - Duck |$168 for 2有股煙燻的香氣,脆皮包着細致鴨肉絲,層次分明美味,而且這個感覺熟口熟面 😆𖡦 Coconut Seabass|$168每款食物上桌都讓大家「吓」出來的份量,桌上三名女子問了同樣的問題——This is the seabass 😳?熟度拿捏不準,口感 Flaky 略嫌過熟了,而且也嚐不出椰的部分在哪 🥥𖡦 Goan Peri Peri Prawns |$248 for 2期待 Peri Peri 的香辣開胃,調味卻跟牛油咖喱很像,黑虎蝦肉新鮮彈牙,一份只有兩隻尺寸也偏小,性價比頗低。𖡦 Kothamalli Bone Marrow & Beef Cheek Biryani|$378骨髓拌入米飯甘香油潤,牛臉頰燉得柔嫩,筋肉輕輕一抿即在口腔化開,表面的酥餅佈滿香料,細細咀嚼後滿口孜然香。份量雖小但油膩感會增強飽腹度 😹𖡦 Smoked Butter Chicken|$258幾乎是印度菜必點的牛油咖喱雞,番茄的酸香解膩,調味是好的,雞肉沒任何特別之處甚至有點雪味,如果皮煎一煎應該會更好 🍅𖡦 Garlic Naan|$68 新鮮熱辣蒜香撲鼻,餅皮富空氣感,把咖喱沾好沾滿 😋𖡦 Baked Saffron Kheer with Fennel Pistachio Cake|$98Masala Chai 向來是我的愛,製成雪糕倒是第一次見,軟糯米布丁配在一起味道清新。𖡦 Chocolate Chilli Chaat|$118賣相漂亮的(但蠟燭醜),這種定價的餐廳朱古力甜點濃郁好吃只屬基本,但說了有辣就是要辣啊,Chilli 的部分連耐受程度不高的朋友仔都吃不出來,愛辣的我更不用說 😅整體而言,印度菜系味覺層次本應千變萬化,Leela 的香料組合卻很相似,味道不過不失但份量奇!小!了解高級餐廳係咁上下 Practice,但都不至於四個女仔(仲要佢哋平時好細食!!)食咗七八樣嘢都仲要嗌肚餓 🥲 呢一局 CHAAT 完勝 🏵️💰 $540 p.p. 📍 Leela銅鑼灣新寧道1號利園三期3樓301-310號舖 continue reading

裝修不錯,但是安排我們的位子很差,在兩條走廊中間,毫無私隱感,而且整個餐廳環境也比較嘈雜。上菜竟然像大陸餐廳一樣一下子全部上來,菜很辣,只有蟹肉咖喱味道不錯,其它都很一般或差。不明白為何這麼辣的菜在香港serve, 也不先問下客人是否能接受。飲水必須付38元一個人來購買餐廳的瓶裝水,沒有免費水供應。兩個人點了三個菜加一份naan, 一千多元買單。總結這是一家無論服務,環境還是口味都毫無特別的‘’高級印度餐廳‘’,只有收費是高級的。 continue reading

今日嚟到呢度食飯,真係俾佢哋嘅菜品迷到神魂顛倒,掂到唔識形容🤩簡直好似一秒就穿越到左印度🤭【🔸Boneless Masala Chicken Wings】一上枱,我即刻睇到眼凸👀,完全估唔到原來呢居然系雞翅!廚師好似🧙🏻‍♂️“魔術師”上身咁,將雞肉去骨之後,整出咗外脆到 “卜卜脆”、內嫩到 “滑潺潺” 嘅小雞塊!咬落第一啖,feel到曬嗰外皮嘅酥脆感同埋入邊雞肉嘅嫩滑多汁!甜咸兩味搭配得天衣無縫,甜咸黨嘅朋友一試肯定即刻 “上癮”,食到停唔到口,愛不釋口😍【🔸Lucknowi Tokri Chaat🥙】原本淨係印度街頭超火嘅小食,喺 Leela 搖身一變,簡直就直接化為精緻奢華嘅美味尤物🥰餐廳將佢精心打造,擺喺我面前嘅,係一個用香脆到爆嘅“土豆籃子”打底嘅精美菜品!上面鋪滿薯仔🥔、番茄🍅、洋蔥🧅、豌豆、石榴籽等等配料,望落去就好似一幅色彩繽紛嘅油畫🖼️酸酸甜甜中隱隱又夾雜住一絲絲嘅辣味🌶,再襯埋炸土豆嘅 卜卜脆,整個口感層次簡直豐富到難以言喻啊!【🔸Kandhari Lamb Chop🥩】羊排用薑汁、香料同石榴籽精心醃制,烤到 medium 熟,火候啱啱好,唔生唔熟,正到痹🤩滴肉質嫩到好似要融喺把口度,羊味濃郁得嚟又一啲都唔膻喔~搭配嘅醬汁酸甜度調配得鬼斧神工,爽到你唔信🤣【🔸Biryani 牛骨髓香料飯🍚】切開上面嗰層酥皮嘅一瞬間,撲面而來濃烈嘅香味,真係 “香到飛起”😋外面層酥皮,脆得不得了,單獨食都已經讓人回味無窮了,再食埋入邊嘅牛肉同牛骨髓,兩者嘅香味好似水乳交融,濃郁到極點,每一啖都好似將整個印度香料世界吞落肚,真係好想即刻係原地跳支舞💃🏻而且個飯嘅份量超大,夠晒同朋友一齊share!💰價錢方面嘅話就人均大概$4-500,可能對於普通印度菜嚟講就的確唔平,但係知道呢間餐廳嘅廚師係之前米其林一星CHAAT 嘅主廚👨🏻‍🍳而 Leela 呢間喺銅鑼灣嘅新店,主打嘅係高級料理,咁樣諗嘅話呢個價錢都算合理,物有所值!🙌🏻🙌🏻📍銅鑼灣新寧道1號利園三期3樓301-310號舖 continue reading
