To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工已經係下午4點,可能今日中午食吾飽,有點頭暈眼花,第一時間睇下openrice,附近有咩餐廳抵食,食個下午茶先,我係第一次來牛奶冰室,一境舒適乾淨,光線充足,入到去就見到我公司同事,即刻坐低吹水.這間冰室係用二維碼落單,隨後我點了一份黑松露炒蛋三文治同港式茶走.食物質素吾錯,三文治冇叫烘底,都吾使加錢,非常好.茶走正常,餐廳職員會在你面前落煉奶,直至客人叫停,正呀一份下午茶只係$36,都吾錯

今日係附近做野,未夠鐘得閒就入牛奶冰室食個下午茶先。下午茶餐由2點至6點供應。環境乾淨企理,座位唔逼,裝修有獨有既乳牛風格,整體都幾舒適。睇menu圖片最吸引就係炸雞脾配薯條,隻雞脾好大隻$42,再+$3轉凍飲凍奶茶。上枱見到熱辣辣出哂煙好正,切落脆卜卜,滿心歡喜。但係再切入啲,原來入面未熟,即刻同員工反映,收走左要等廿分鐘先再比過另一份。🕰️搞到我本來好得閒既行程,變左要遲到。😢雖然係幾好食,但係今次體驗唔係幾好,希望下次改善。完!

到養和醫院探病完,落到銅鑼灣地鐵站搵野食,見到有牛奶冰室,未食過,就入去試下。7點幾好多餐已經售馨,叫咗全日餐生滾牛肉麵,送配牛油蒜多士,炒滑蛋。多士同炒蛋都正正常常,雖然多士只有一片又薄。但湯底淡到懷疑人生,只能食到牛肉味胡椒粉味,我懷疑廚師係咪係湯底加咗水之後唔記得加鹽?!屋企人叫鮮茄豆腐牛肉米線,都係差唔多,只是稍微濃少少。見餐檯有樽鹽,想自己加d鹽,結果樽鹽完全塞住咗,用唔到。實在好失望,唔會再食牛奶冰室。

自助落單,QR code超咗時搵人幫手度極惡劣,11:25想order早餐,話11:30截單唔可以再落,好,咁我等個系統11:30 落午餐,但個米線等咗20分鐘都未嚟,我一個人坐二人枱就俾多個人同我搭枱,我隔籬嗰兩個大陸人坐四人枱坐咗一個鐘都未落單,仲要見到後邊張卡位有人走咗即刻話要調過去又唔出聲話佢。啲員工對大陸人仲好過香港人。

Some months ago, B shouted us all tea from Milk Cafe. Without much expectation (and complete lack of appetite as I usually don’t eat much for lunch, not to mention tea), I was wowed by how tasty Milk Cafe’s 爆漿拉絲菠蘿包 was (well, just don’t compare it with the best pineapple bun in town that people would queue up for in Sai Kung la). I was sceptical at first about its flavour profile but gosh! Did the molten cheese complemented the pineapple bun well 🤯 So I came here today after my usual lunch class at the nearby yoga studio for something light 🤔 I ordered their new creation 布甸西多士 and ahhh, again, the molten milk pudding inside the French toast that just came right out of the fryer was heavenly done. Will come back for their savoury items next time!
