The texture is smooth and perfect for those who can't handle too much spice but still love curry. It pairs excellently with rice. Northern Grilled Chicken Coconut RiceUnfortunately, the coconut rice was sold out today, so I couldn't try it. 🥲 However, the grilled chicken made up for it. It had a smoky aroma and was seasoned with various spices. The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender. The special sauce was the highlight, with its sweet taste. 入到店內環境同位置都很舒適🥰 今次晚餐就嘗試唔order 澱粉質食物,而oder 左帆立貝柚子沙律,蒸原隻带春珍寶魷魚,炭燒豬頸肉。幫我地落order既員工係位泰國人,態度很有禮貌😊。 基本上餐點賣相同相中沒有太大出入,首選最喜歡帆立貝柚子沙律,帆立貝肉大大粒,配上柚子肉,味道十分fresh。其次就蒸原隻带春珍寶魷魚,味道都ok(如果檸檬味重少少可能會再滋味d),特別喜歡吃它的觸鬚(比較有口感)。炭燒豬頸肉就正常一般。 兩個人食量不算太多的話,份量都夠。整體也不錯,如果下次有朋友想食泰菜,可以再次黎試埋其他菜式。😊 continue reading

再訪,食物水準仍保持在高水平。入座不久,侍應生就奉上泰式宮廷小吃肉末花生菠蘿,精緻又酸甜醒胃。然後點了個人非常喜愛的蒜蓉包和帆立貝柚子沙律。蒜蓉包如舊外脆內軟,極富蒜蓉香和牛油香,惟賣相有點走樣,沒有了之前那份驚艷的感覺,之前是美得每片包之間都撒有小花,看得出撒花時是刻意灑進每片包之間,現在則比較隨意,但味道是美味不變的!帆立貝柚子沙律仍舊足料,帆立貝新鮮軟嫩和非常大粒,這款沙律是每次食都讚不絕口亦絕無失手的,必試👍🏻今回試了想試很久的炭燒泰國河蝦,定價有點高,惟見網上評價很好,因此心思思想試!蝦大隻、有鮮味,蝦膏燒得非常香,甫上枱,香濃的蝦膏夾雜炭燒的香氣撲鼻而來。泰北燒雞價格親民,份量足,水準不過不失,適合多人分享。大蝦炒金邊粉香口乾身,不錯。今回最失望的是凍泰式奶茶,其實這裡的泰奶一直是令我記掛著的,除了香濃外,連冰都十分講究,是以奶茶雪成的,因此喝到尾都不會變淡,惜今回卻變成了普通冰塊,失望啊!室內環境雖不大,裝修卻高雅華麗、枱椅間能保持闊落的距離,讚! continue reading

晚上嚟咗呢間喺銅鑼灣嘅樓上泰國菜樓館,餐廳裝潢都幾新穎,座位都幾舒服。泰北燒雞係半隻嘅份量,配左兩種泰式醬汁,泰北燒雞雞皮表面用咗啲香料醃製過,雞肉唔算好鞋口,加埋啲泰式醬汁幾惹味。蝦醬炒通菜,蝦醬味唔算太濃烈,通菜份量幾多。黑松露豬頸肉炒飯,飯底炒得幾乾身,黑松露味唔會好濃烈,豬頸肉肉質幾軟,再加啲魚露汁味道更好。最後叫左黃咖喱炒蝦,另加蒜蓉包,炒蝦破開左殼,會易拆啲,蝦肉正常,黃咖喱汁配脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包一齊食正。 continue reading
