To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係中秋翌日，好多餐廳都無開😮 原本打算吃個靚早餐再去搵朋友，依個情況就快快手吃個粉麵算。係香港仔好出名既粉麵，依加已經開到周圍都係，銅鑼灣依間更加係日日排隊，今朝無咩人就試下佢。早餐有好多唔同既餐可以選擇，我就揀左佢個"招牌米粉"。45蚊黎講都算好平，已經包左野飲。份量唔少，魚肉春卷依然好高質，有魚肉既彈牙同魚肉味，依個本人係非常中意食。丸亦無任何雪藏味，牛肉丸特別好吃，幾好。除左魚肉春卷外，佢既辣醬係一大亮點，又辣又香，好搭個粉，加埋一齊幾好味。

夜媽媽行到冇乜選擇，遠望大大個招牌很光猛，就衝過去夜晚八點幾都仲要排隊買嘢食好耐冇食喇而家都係出套餐，感覺上比起以前好平嘅南記已經唔同咗不過叫做乜嘢都有啲七十蚊，平過好多茶餐廳，而且感覺係乾淨嘅。

南記嘅單併小窩米線（春卷）轉蕃茄湯真係我嘅至愛，自從食過一次就返唔到轉頭，平靚正，性價比又高。因為唔食唔到辣嘅關係，一直都淨係可以食清湯，有朋友介紹話個蕃茄湯底好好食，咁就梗係要試下佢la,比多個選擇自己揀呀ma，一試就返唔到轉頭，個蕃茄湯好出色，仲要真係有一舊舊嘅蕃茄喺入面，好用心，好有誠意呀。至於，春卷永遠係我心目中嘅招牌，每次都淨係嗌春卷，真係太好食la。個湯即使外賣，拎到返去仲係熱辣辣，正。

食物份量是足夠的，但座位不多，由於靠近銅鑼灣，高峰時段仍然很擁擠。分店多，保持一貫水準，香港仔精神。麵條和食物都還可以，沒有太高的期望，未試過的朋友，可值得一試。總括來說，這個價錢在銅鑼灣區來說簡直是非常抵吃，份量夠飽，非常適合上班一族。

真系好難搵到咁難食本來去銅鑼灣食榮記，一去到差不多10個人排隊，咁細鋪頭有排等，趕時間無辦法，所以就入隔離哩間，以為連鎖店差極有個譜，可惜太令人對香港餐廳跌眼鏡。牛魔王小鍋套餐（$66）1分- 賣相求其- 牛丸無彈力無牛味。- 牛腩最離譜，得一兩舊，無牛味，肉仲要又細又”鞋”又黐牙，表面塊根模根本咬吾開。- 最多牛份量就系肥牛，但從來未試過95%肥牛又鞋又無牛味又渣多的肥牛-番茄非常酸。-米線吾滑。- 豆漿得個甜字，無乜豆味。生菜（餐+$5）4分- 哩個就真系超值，而家通常加$9得三四條，哩度差不多半碗，味道亦吾差南記以前朋友話食魚蛋都OK，可能越開越多失控啦！
