Cafe Causette 出名係食甜品,係人都知啦, 但係真係估唔到我第一次去唔係食甜品,係食晚餐。文華東方嘅餐廳,我都覺得係有水準嘅可以放心食!但係我真係估唔到係驚喜到一個位。嚟到就已經有一個好好味嘅包,不過我就冇影相,因為太肚餓啦,已經9秒九同朋友一齊食左😂而我哋咁啱呢係呢一個11月1號去食,仲抓緊到Halloween嘅尾巴😂叫咗兩個Halloween套餐,頭盤叫咗一個沙律,一個南瓜湯湯,main就叫晒兩份牛柳,另外我哋再加多咗個炸魷魚圈啦,同埋蘑菇雞肉意粉凱撒沙律, 啲菜好fresh啦,然後配上佢嘅bacon真係不得了! 佢個dressing同所有野都好match, 有驚喜😍南瓜湯就係南瓜湯啦😝都好滑之後佢個炸魷魚圈不過不失囉,冇乜特別佢嘅牛柳真係不得了, 我哋叫咗medium, 一切落去呢已經係淋到一個點!火候控制得超級好,完全唔係’鞋’超級有牛味。呢個係真係必食推介!之後去過蘑菇雞肉意粉,仲不得了!大家一食落去係有讚冇彈😍驚喜另外有一個Halloween甜品,配合Halloween主題

Popped in for Friyay’s night dinner. Please book early as they are quite busy. Just learnt that they are doing special with klook (which we weren’t aware of XD). Their 2-3 flexible course is also a good bargain but we opted for A la cart.We had the miso cod kale, rice, pickled ginger and miso soup for our main then a chocolate bread pudding as a dessert. The cod was massive so was very fulfilling even for me. I couldn’t finish the rice because the bread was just sooooo good that I kept shoveling into my mouth. They gave you a pesto spread for the bread but as old fashioned as I’m, I always prefer the traditional way-butter! Same with the dessert, while the chocolate bread pudding was good, I prefer the old fashioned bread pudding with cubbed bread, raisin, cinnamon and vanilla extract. The sparkling tea is very good so I’ll be sure to have it again next time.

最近在 Klook 看到文華東方 Cafe Causette 推出優惠套餐,於是我購買了優惠券,與老公晚上前往用餐。 當日的餐牌上,我們點了蟹肉粟米湯,沒想到這麼簡單的湯居然味道出眾。另一道頭盤是蜜糖烤雞翼伴野菌,搭配水波蛋和黑松露汁。我沒想到這道雞翼如此美味,還笑著詢跟職員說希望有天我也能做出如此美味。主餐我選了魚,配上白酒忌廉汁,味道非常撲鼻。煮西餐其實不難,但要做出一道美味的汁,也是需要相當的功夫。老公點了沙角炒澳洲牛柳,我覺得味道尚可。至於甜點,我們點了檸檬巴巴配藍莓,以及士多啤梨蛋糕配番石榴士多啤梨雪芭。我比較喜歡士多啤梨蛋糕搭配雪芭。 原來套餐還包含飲品,我點了 Ice Mocha,服務員建議少加一半cream,因為 whole cream太邪惡了,飲後感是邪惡的飲品才是最美味。 雖然這頓晚餐簡單,但性價比非常高,每位$412 而且已包括服務費。 職員態度有禮且良好,用錢最重要的是開心且物有所值。

The pastries, adorned with fresh berries and cream, added a touch of elegance to the experience. Paired with a fragrant pot of tea, it was the perfect indulgence for a leisurely afternoon.Hainan Chicken Rice:The tender poached chicken, served atop fragrant jasmine rice, was accompanied by an array of condiments, including ginger sauce and chili paste. Each component complemented the other, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The chicken was succulent, the rice fluffy, and the sauces added a depth of flavor that left me craving for more. It was a true culinary masterpiece, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to authenticity and quality. Mandarin Afternoon Tea:The set featured an assortment of traditional Chinese pastries, such as egg tarts and sesame balls, alongside classic English treats like mini sandwiches and fruit tarts. 今日去咗文華酒店Cafe Causette慶祝朋友生日,剛好出咗一個季節性嘅龍蝦二人餐,有湯有前菜及主菜仲有個甜品,只需$800左右未計+1 ,龍蝦Grill 得好爽很有鮮味,人多梗係嗌其他嘢食吓啦,仲叫咗牛柳middle 熟、好有牛味,簡直係冇牙都食得,仲有咖喱軟殼蟹,啲軟殼蟹炸完再加咖喱汁簡直絕配,Grill 三文魚薯條,我覺三成熟就足夠了,整體嚟講大家都食得好開心好滿意,最緊要生日嗰個開心就已經足夠。
