Cova喺香港都好多年，細細個已經覺得佢嘅蛋糕好好食，不過就好貴，就算大個咗依然覺得佢嘅蛋糕係偏貴，所以都唔係食過好多次。今次屋企人生日，就特登訂咗個佢哋嘅signature cake mango dome嚟食。蛋糕外觀望落就冇乜特別，不過佢裏面有幾層，有芒果忌廉、芒果果粒同埋餅底。成個蛋糕感覺上好簡單，但食得出材料靚，芒果新鮮，亦冇一啲好假嘅甜味，蛋糕亦都好鬆軟。唔怪得即使啲蛋糕偏貴，一路以嚟都依然咁多人買。 continue reading

為慶祝母親節，買咗呢個Cova上年推出嘅開心果蛋糕👐🏻▶️ Pistachio Delight ($298/半磅)由幾層戚風蛋糕同忌廉形成最面層係開心果忌廉同原味cream cheese鍾意佢開心果味好香好出💚之後兩層開心果味雪芳蛋糕，聽聞用上意大利開心果醬，可惜蛋糕太甜，蓋過咗開心果味🤏🏻而且質感唔夠細緻輕盈/軟綿綿底部係咖啡手指餅配mascarpone芝士，一食就食得出係Tiramisu味用上米蘭空運嘅咖啡豆，咖啡味好香濃☕️如果苦少少會更好手指餅同一般食到嘅唔一樣，呢個似浸濕左嘅海綿蛋糕？個人覺得有啲怪😅Mascarpone芝士就幾實身幼滑嘅👍🏻-整體鍾意佢呢個開心果配Tiramisu組合，不過覺得蛋糕口感方面可以做得更好，甜度亦可以調低啲半磅大概分到5-6件蛋糕🍰 continue reading

令人充滿幸福感的Tiramisu Cup

最近突然好想食Tiramisu，但由於公司附近沒有太多選擇，所以最後去了Cova睇下...最初被價錢嚇了一跳，因為要$55! 再去Ralph's Coffee望下，雖然係大啲同貴3蚊，但佢地嘅tiramisu 上係Expresso粉，下面全部都係cream，我覺得Cova應該會正宗啲，所以折返去Cova買咗一個試下...結果第一啖入口，就感到絕對值回票價! 因為不會太甜，口感細膩，加上有少少酒味嘅蛋糕底，吃了真的很開心滿足，充滿幸福感!! continue reading
