係英國嘅時候已經期過好多人介紹呢間,見ifc開左之後,決定黎呢間慶祝生日,結果都係個難忘嘅體驗。環境:呢個鋪位出名靚景樓底高,今次黎都覺得空間感好夠,不過燈光較暗,要靠枱燈睇食譜同影相。被安排坐靠窗嘅圓枱,都幾舒適食物:冇叫前菜主菜:Mussels 必試程度:0/5青口一唔夠新鮮就好難食,佢就係呢一類,有碎殻又腥,個sauce又冇咩特別,not okHomemade Sweet Potato Gnocchi 必試程度:4/5非常chewy/ al dente! 番薯味好香,個青汁濃稠冇草青味,好好Lamb Chop必試程度:1/5普普通通,略嫌煙燻味太重,似燶味。屋企人嫌太羶但鍾意食羊嘅我覺得okDuck and Waffle必試程度:5/5不得了,冇諗過鴨+蛋+waffle係咁夾!蛋煎得啱啱好又流心,鴨脾唔柴有油香,waffle外脆內軟,配埋maple syrup 係perfect! 甜品:MAPLE GLAZED GRANNY SMITH APPLE必試程度:4/5佢嘅waffle真係好好食,所以甜品我地都叫左waffle,好滿足總評:必食佢個waffle同gnocchi, 同埋間餐廳慶祝生日嘅experience 都好好。只可惜結左業,否則會再去🥲 continue reading

3/5Last time was disappointed by the duck and waffle, duck was too dry. Yet my friend told me their fish is nice, so I tired, and it is nice with the crispy skin, pea, sauce. Foie gras Crème brelee was why I came back, is not creamy, smooth like last time, not even the flavour. Dessert was surprisingly good tho, waffle ice cream! 家庭聚餐慶祝新一年來臨,梗係要去食個special,所以就專程黎左IFC,食呢度既鴨肶!每人食一set,盛為$318加一(好貴)🙈頭盆個個都係一樣,無得揀,有個生牛肉他他、黑醋汁燒粟米、洋蔥多薑絲粥一碗,5個人食,餐廳頭盤就會比每項兩份,如果6人黎食抵啲,會雙數計算,6人就會有3分頭盆,比較抵啲!生牛肉他他,將啲生牛肉同生雞蛋溝混,再放上餅上食。😣我就唔多欣賞,唔鐘意食,所以只食左一啖🙈黑醋汁燒粟米,呢個好食,d黑醋汁好好味洋蔥薑絲粥一碗,因為食哂之前兩味先食,個粥好快就凍哂。普普通通,無咩突別,有啲淡,係好多薑絲!到主菜,揀左餐廳主打既Duck & Waffle (+$60)個鴨肶好好食😋,Waffle好鬆軟,上面有隻流心蛋,配埋Honey,果然係餐廳主菜另外揀左Cheek Benedict,呢個都做得幾出色,有流心既蛋加埋上面蛋黃醬,中間個層肉好好食,唔會韌,waffles 都係同樣鬆軟甜品有兩個選擇,所以兩款都有order.蘋果肉桂雪糕配Waffle,肉桂雪糕唔會太甜,個人覺得呢個好味過心太軟另一款:黑芝麻雪糕併心太軟本黎對呢個好有期望,點知錯哂!出色既心太軟,切開中心應該係會流朱古力,但呢個完全零囉🤦🏻‍♀️配個個芝麻雪糕仲要好甜,真心失望特此一提,最差既係餐drink只有soft drink,唔可以加錢轉其他飲品 continue reading

MTR :Exit E1 ,IFC Codiva 嗰層Zara 方向前行一陣就到朋友介紹我嚟食 英國品牌午餐 2:30pm之前order就可以享用到 而且仲可以坐到五點幾慢慢嘆 無懼催促交枱比起晚市 Lunch 相對抵食 $250 each set 當然某啲 appetiser 同 main 要加錢朋友話未食過嘅一定要試吓佢個招牌菜Lunch Add $150 叫個 Waffle and duck 賣相都好新奇刺激下邊嗰層係格仔鬆餅 中間有隻鴨髀 頭頂有隻煎到閃滑半生熟嘅雞蛋 旁邊有兜糖漿自行淋上面第一眼見到哇左一聲 又咸又甜咁點食一路食都覺得幾得意嘅 一試無妨不過下次嚟我又會叫第二啲嘢食始終咁樣嘅combination 唔係asian嘅習慣我哋通常食完鹹嘢先再食甜野Appetiser 就一定要加錢+50食佢個鵝肝醬配包包確實係好香 雖然個包包唔特別熱脆但係嗰醬我係食到最後一啖都不停咁刮隻樽仔好想繼續食落去嗰隻朋友頭盤就叫咗個三文魚他他 伴脆脆餅同埋+$200 食咗個牛扒 旁邊有幾碌薯仔可能呢兩樣都唔係我鍾意食嘅嘢所以冇乜感覺甜品得兩款都係雪糕一個係芝麻拖肥雪糕一個有窩夫底嘅桂皮雪糕比較喜歡平實就揀桂皮雪糕鍾意特別嘅朋友當然係要揀芝麻拖肥味雪糕啦~芝麻打開係好似一個紙包蛋糕底鬆鬆散散整體覺得呢度坐得舒服 Lunch來講坐喺IFC環境唔差 幾過癮值得價錢唔貴 燒銀紙嘅香港區平時去啲好啲嘅地方hightea都要五六舊水一個頭 Staff ok continue reading
