中環食晏,好似好多好野食咁。但點解我食黎食去都係筷子記,南記,大家樂?今日約左妹妹食晏,無理由又食咁頹姐right?ˊ_>ˋ一點去到,五分鐘內有位good!一入到去就聞到濃濃的蟹湯味道喇,証明大部份既人都係叫蟹湯拉麵,第一次黎當然要試下啦Menu 都幾多選擇 價錢合理有得選擇麵的軟硬,粗度蟹湯拉麵賣相不錯呢,雖然食落囗無聞落咁香,但都幾唔錯。叉燒同溫泉蛋都好好味!今次要左普通硬既麵,但就偏淋,中意食硬麵既就要注意喇\(^o^)/炸墨魚咀我的大食妹妹話要加的。香脆又熱 相當不錯。話咁快食完又開工 continue reading

Had a go with the signature zabon ramen and the shrimp base ramen. Both tasted pretty light and average, maybe more suited for a hot weather but frankly, I wouldn't recommend them. I've always been a fan of very thick pork broth and the zabon soup didn't quite come close; blend and not very flavorful. The shrimp ramen wasn't any better. Having being a fan of dining in Japanese stalls, what I felt was most lacking is the passionate Japanese energy from the environment. Restaurant looks lifeless, staffs didn't seem to be enjoying what they're doing. So if you want authentic Japanese experience, I'ld refrain from coming here. continue reading

小編當日四點半到了 當時鋪頭人唔多 店員安排左小編坐係吧台前 吧店算低 可以睇得一清二楚廚師做緊咩小編點左蟹湯拉麵 等左十分鐘都唔洗就到 荀冇怪味。重要吸埋d湯 幾爽口    溏心蛋正常 唔會套咸 重有少少甜甜地既味道   有三大塊叉燒  好鬆化  好厚 而且肥瘦岩岩好 nice.  麵都幾彈牙 但掛湯力麻麻 當日粗麵賣曬 可惜也  湯底飲落好似食緊蟹粥禁 清清地。 continue reading

今日同小朋友去完動植物公園,2個行落山順便搵野食,小朋友話想食麵麵,見到呢間「無名拉麵」由於星期六冇乜人,所以揀佢。入到去仲有位,我手抱小朋友,入面員工男的收錢中,叫我行埋一邊等就冇再理我;肥女店員見到只用龜速行去執台,我話可唔可坐低先,佢望一望用d極衰既聲面黑黑話:等我執埋台先坐好唔好?我果刻呆左,我抱住個小朋友,企左5分鐘完全冇人理我去執台,仲要比人用咁差既聲同我講野?我做錯d乜?係咪我入黎幫襯係錯左?入番正題,由於太攰又餓,坐低就叫野食,問心講,入面貌似日本人師傅都係黑面既(平時去開都有笑容,日本人唔係最有禮貌既咩?)拉麵唔係貴又唔係平,同一般差唔多價錢,見到有蟹湯拉麵,就叫下,到我落單果時,個女店員都係唔理我抹左台先行過黎接單(佢係睇到我的)。首先講下蟹湯,係有蟹味,唔算濃,淡淡蟹味都算唔漏,不過最抵讚係叉燒,真係好好味😱入口即溶,好入味,而且唔知係我細食定點,好似好多件叉燒咁,麵底就少d,男仔應該要加底先夠飽。我就肯定唔會再去,睇到其他comment話好多人排隊,我都知香港地好怪,愈冇禮貌既餐廳愈多人;愈好生意既餐廳愈唔使對客有禮貌,其實如果咁唔想做,不如唔好做啦,客人入黎食野有比錢,唔係要受氣,成程我得一個總結-貼錢買難受😒 一碗麵+一雪碧要$99 , 果個加一,我極度唔想比,冇服務又點解要比? continue reading

日日午市都有人龍,品質都應該有番咁上下。拉麵店黎講,湯底嘅選擇佢算係多,豬骨,味噌,蝦湯,蟹湯,辛辣,鍾意海鮮湯底就要試試。海老味噌湯都試過幾次,蝦湯反而未試過,而蟹湯就第一次見。蝦湯深啡色湯,有櫻蝦, 入口蝦味濃到甘,佢唔鹹,但味超濃,濃過星洲laksa蝦湯,少少腥, 飲得多有啲膩。蟹湯讚!讚!讚!冇蝦湯咁濃,有少許甜,蟹味啱啱好, 完全唔腥, 比蝦湯creamy好多,入口順滑,最後我連湯都飲哂。豚骨湯有肉味兼且唔太油,層次分明,有野菜嘅甜味,口感偏薄。叉燒薄切,用焗爐(salamander)烘過,有油香但偏鞋。豚拖羅即豚臉肉,香港叫肉青,近豬頸肉但比頸肉油份分佈均勻。同樣烘過先上碟,入口即溶,冇筋,但脂肪含量極高,有少許豬臊味,多吃會膩。麵有粗幼軟硬選擇,幼麵硬麵可以再硬啲, 粗麵硬麵很不錯。荀未夠爽脆,有啲冧,有啲筋。蔥,芽菜選用博多蔥及獲獎芽菜,小弟未有能力食出箇中分別。溏心蛋賣相味道達門檻總括係,蟹湯一定要試,蝦湯齒頰留香,豚骨湯層次分明,豚拖羅可以一試,其他中規中矩。仲有, 果兩位女店員好man, man到有時覺得佢地冇禮貌, 說話冇尾音, 面偏黑, 長期將笑容埋藏於內心。  continue reading
