Had a go with the signature zabon ramen and the shrimp base ramen. Both tasted pretty light and average, maybe more suited for a hot weather but frankly, I wouldn't recommend them. I've always been a fan of very thick pork broth and the zabon soup didn't quite come close; blend and not very flavorful. The shrimp ramen wasn't any better. Having being a fan of dining in Japanese stalls, what I felt was most lacking is the passionate Japanese energy from the environment. Restaurant looks lifeless,

Having being a fan of dining in Japanese stalls, what I felt was most lacking is the passionate Japanese energy from the environment. Restaurant looks lifeless, staffs didn't seem to be enjoying what they're doing. So if you want authentic Japanese experience, I'ld refrain from coming here.
