成個食過程極不滿 盡量 point form 1. staff無能, 全部好似新手甘。 問佢 d野黎未又唔應你 自己衝去睇 又唔知得唔得 , 點個啤酒都要兩個人落, 對 menu極唔熟 都唔知邊 d餸有邊 d冇 . 經理更甚 ,.唔知點解佢可以喺番工時間同屋企人食飯 可能佢係老板有股份 , 但當我投訴 d野慢既時候 佢都可以繼續同屋企人食飯 唔出黎哂個冧尤得 d staff 俾我話 , 少少責任都唔負 我真係好佩服佢呀!2. 出菜速度超慢 極不公平大細超 , 成個鋪 廳得4 成滿 入面 d房就 full. 明明房入面有客人遲過我到 , 佢就煮哂成圍野俾人先 . 我早點 淨係點三個家常小菜 梅菜扣肉 黑椒牛柳粒 糯米飯 成1個鐘頭25 分鐘都黎得兩個, 嬲到我取消最後一個糯米飯轉做2 碗白飯 ,. 而最令我嬲既係 我取消時 個 staff同廚房講完番黎同我講 <係咪真係唔要 佢而家會煮> , 甘即係唔催你就唔煮 完全當唔坐房既客人冇到 如果係甘 不如除左房唔接生意 好冇? 3. 野食求其接番頭先第二個 point , 第一碟菜黑椒薯仔牛柳粒等左我半個鐘 薯仔太林 牛粒幾入味 中規中舉 甘都算,但等左成粒鐘忍唔住催佢 佢好快就黎左碟扣肉 , 一上枱就知求其煮 扣肉唔夠淋 好多位都硬 梅菜極少加唔入味 d醬汁勁稀 勁似求其喺其它地方備上去 我真係第一次食一個我冇意慾撈飯既梅菜扣肉!第四價錢偏貴你甘既服務 甘既食物質素 甘既上菜速度 夠膽收人18x一碟黑椒薯仔牛柳粒 夠膽個扣肉煲14x蚊 ,仲夠膽話自己係做懷舊菜?。真係笑死我 . 連家常港式菜。客家菜 , 幾圍枱上菜都 manage唔到 . 仲會期望人地會食你既懷舊菜 . noway !! 本身就係小試牛刀 試下你好唔好食 服務點 而家試左 一定一定永遠唔會再去 ! 大家自己衡量下 la continue reading

平常什少叫蒸蟶子因為容易蒸過火。今次冒險叫了,真是覺得可能係呢世人食過最正的蟶子。火喉剛剛好,肉厚,味道較得很好,爽夾諗。真是正到冇朋友👍👍👍另外避風塘瀨尿蝦肉也是一絕👍👍太爺雞冇得輸👍👍以前常幫襯佢哋總店,但因為舖細,有時好難 book 尤其週末,銀城可能新開,book 位不是問題。佢哋送的甜品,薑汁燉奶也是冇得彈,絕對不是免費就求其做👍👍👍無論是龍門金閣或銀城金閣,服務態度都是值得一讚👍👍👍 continue reading

朋友話新開左間餐廳,食完覺得唔錯,推介比我地去試,而且話焗魚腸必食,我提前卜左父親節正日,同屋企人一齊黎食。《雞蛋焗魚腸》$158呢個係一個懷舊菜式,魚腸加上芫荽、薑等配料,同雞蛋撈勻放入缽仔,再以蒸焗方法煮。焗完面頭系脆身嘅,魚腸好新鮮,唔落胡椒粉食都唔會過腥,水準唔錯。《上湯龍蝦配剪米粉底》$498澳洲青龍果然好食,龍蝦肉鮮甜,好重龍蝦味,再加埋煎米粉底(另加$50),索曬龍蝦汁嘅鮮甜,好好食,推介大家轉剪米粉底。不過由於父親節正日,價錢偏貴,朋友話之前餐廳做優惠,只系$298。《黑醋一字骨》$155一字骨都幾大條,而且蚊到肉質好腍,配上黑醋汁,酸酸甜甜,好岩送飯。《金銀蛋浸白菜仔》$148白菜仔好新鮮,加上清雞湯,味道一定好味,可以當系一個菜湯,飲落去都清甜,唔會過咸。《欖菜肉鬆炒菜心》$158菜心鮮嫩,炒得岩岩好,唔會過老,加埋欖菜同肉碎令味道更豐富,而且都系一碟好岩撈飯食嘅菜式。《生炒糯米飯》$158糯米飯味道不錯,好香嘅臘味味,但略嫌炒得唔夠乾身,偏濕。《薑汁撞奶》(免費)薑汁味岩岩好,唔會過濃唔會過淡,而且好滑身,甜而不膩,系個唔錯嘅甜品。 continue reading
