今日心血來潮，走咗去試咗間平民化嘅壽司店 - 都算係個不錯嘅選擇喺市面上。一踏入嚟，啲壽司盤子嘩啦啦咁轉，我點咗份三文魚腩，厚切得嚟帶點油脂，入口即溶🍣，真係幾正！跟住又試咗個炙燒牛肉壽司，牛肉軟滑，鮮味十足，炙燒嘅香氣瀰漫開黎，一啖咬落去就覺得滿足咗！👍見到壽司帶有個「Happy」字樣嘅印花，趣緻兼有心思，真係諗得周到。啲迴轉壽司店唔少時食材都正不過，可係呢度嘅食材新鮮，質素仲好過期望。食返個海膽軍艦，海膽滑嫩，新鮮咁簡單放上白飯，唔講大話完美演繹咩叫做「鮮味爆炸」。最後，一定要提嘅係，成件事食得開心之餘仲好有人情味 - 店員彬彬有禮，唔會逼你攞盤子，自己揀得開心就得。總括來講，這次試食，畀我嘅感覺係：簡簡單單，卻又有驚喜🎉，下次附近經過，絕對值得再黎朝聖！ continue reading

我啲同事成日話爭鮮好抵食，尤其係差唔多糧尾嘅時間，個個都話去買爭鮮。我今日下午好趕時間，連lunch都無時間慢慢享受， 於是經過爭鮮就入去行吓佢地嘅外賣部，壽司套餐都有好多選擇，因為我乜嘢剌身都想試吓，所以見到呢一盒$60有12件就即刻買。一盒壽司裏面有齊北寄貝、帶子、熟蝦、三文魚、魷魚、墨魚、帆立貝等等。壽司味道不過不失，米飯都叫做鬆軟，刺身總算新鮮，壽司豉油同秋葵都唔錯，平平地食，真係完全冇怨言。 continue reading
