To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 短短的午餐時間，要讓自己吃得開心舒適，來到百份百，喜歡這裏自助下單，上菜快，座位多，是上班族飯點之一。午餐來個惹味星洲炒米$67，刺激一下味蕾。用料超豐富，有火腿、叉燒、蝦仁、炒蛋、芽菜、洋蔥等等，夾起立刻聞到陣陣咖哩香，米粉炒得爽口有彈性，微辣程度越吃越開胃。炸牛奶卷三條，跟餐加配$15，外層炸得鬆脆，裏面牛奶滑滑的，奶香濃郁，當飯後甜品獎勵自己。餐飲加$9選了奶茶紅豆冰，很抵飲，其實跟手調飲品店一樣好味，配紅豆更加有香港茶餐廳特色，大大杯，有紅豆香甜又有港式奶茶順滑感覺。吃得很豐富，人也精神了不少，有美食充電，然後為下午的工作繼續努力！

一個人的晚飯，來個乾炒牛河，浪漫一番。雖然不是大排檔，但這裏的味道也不錯。晚餐有薑乾炒牛河$74，看中有薑的賣點，微涼的天氣有薑暖身，味道和牛河很配合。河粉口感滑順，炒得乾身，不覺得油膩。鮮牛肉，爆炒得有微微焦香，還有洋蔥、芽菜、蔥絲，吃著煙韌又爽口。加配咖啡紅豆冰冰$12，咖啡味道香濃，有驚喜，配紅豆微微甜味，感覺有新意。如果可以提供細長匙羹，吃紅豆冰會更方便。這裏還有很多特色飲品，價錢比其他手調飲品店更便宜，是經濟之選。雖然只是普通港式餐廳，不過性價比高，吃得很滿意，連服務員都很有禮貌。見到很多一家老少、朋友共聚都來這裏，晚市幾乎滿座，是有質素的平民餐廳之一。

今日下午茶時間差不多三點去食嘢，行入去諗住搵位坐見到都有好多吉位有四人卡位仲諗住坐埋去，點知兩個阿姐叫住我叫我坐二人卡位，其實當時目測都唔多人，我問佢點解唔坐得不斷問佢點解唔坐得？？？ 佢淨係叫我幫幫手啦！ OK啦算數諗住費事為難人哋😒最後我自己都坐咗二人卡位坐低咗點食物後來發現原來我隔籬枱四人卡位 有一個男人坐住一張四人卡位，食完嘢攤大份馬經喺檯度刨馬經😤 後來又見到原本我想坐嘅四人卡位有一個女人走咗埋去坐一個人坐，然後侍應又冇出聲 仲幫佢落餐 🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬 用餐好唔愉快😤😤😤明明咁多位唔俾人坐 其實如果之後多人人要我調枱我都可以 但可唔可以一視同仁？點解之後一個人嚟嘅可以自己一個人坐四人枱？

嚟到見到滑蛋變老蛋，食落無味只有蛋味🤣蝦仁尚算可以。阿仔叫咗鐵板雜扒，炸到黑晒都算，件豬扒有啲變味😂老公食酸菜魚走辣，都算正常，不過裝修前好食啲囉！我諗會有排都唔會幫襯喇。
