To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Hello 大家好👋🏻!今日我嚟到位於粉嶺嘉福商場嘅「百份百餐廳」。 做完一日嘢身心疲倦😞,諗住是是旦旦求求其其食啲嘢返屋企。 入到呢間百份百餐廳,睇到餐牌竟然有喜出望外嘅感覺😃⋯⋯美食攻略:一人份量「酸菜魚晚餐+燉湯」,可能係我孤陋寡聞😅,係我嘅認知當中食酸菜魚一定係大大碟,要一班人食嘅菜式。 呢個一人份量真係最啱我呢啲又鍾意酸菜魚又成日一枝公嘅人。 講返個餸味道配搭得好好,唔會太酸或太辣,魚肉嫩滑,酸菜爽口,加上我係湯控,配埋呢個燉湯簡直令滿足感升華。美食指數:5🌝最高味道:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌚環境:🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚服務:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌚賣相:🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚

剛剛係戶外工作到膊頭,腰同腳想斷時,求其走左入嘉福商場的百分百餐廳,一間聲稱走百分百港式食物路線的食店。我叫左個茶餐,雪菜肉絲炆米$40,凍檸茶+$3。結果碟粉係輕盈 size,預左,而且我唔太餓,可接受,但.....雪菜肉絲炆米,見唔到雪菜,肉絲得幾條,d米粉個樣似炒麵,味道都似豉油皇炒麵。凍檸茶,無檸檬,而係紅茶加檸檬汁,但味道可以。店內的靚姐們服務態度有禮貌,有效率。結論:食物味道是意料之外,但絕無驚喜。心裡只是不斷問,究竟我心目中既港式係咪係另一個平行時空?🙄🙄🙄註:打呢篇評論時剛見到一隻小小強係地面走過。

之前已經食過好多次,這間店的兩款飯,覺得水準都保持到,所以想和大家分享下👇🏽滋味焗鮮茄豬扒飯$52即叫即焗,所以需時,有好多豬扒,有少少厚度,肉質唔錯有咬口,蕃茄芝士濃烈,個飯是用蛋炒過先焗,所以好香蛋味😋😋至尊海南雞飯$61這個海南雞的重點是無骨的,好啱小朋友食,大人都食得好開心,雞算滑,香茅雞油飯夠香,跟的雞汁白蘿蔔湯,都幾好飲,不是普通例湯味。😋😋個人覺得佢的焗飯做得幾出色,不是求奇把所有材料放埋一齊焗就算,焗之前做足每個步驟,焗的時間亦剛好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
