To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同4個同事嚟火炭做嘢，做完嘢諗住喺附近搵食，發現呢間酒樓有88蚊點心放題任食4個鐘，就即管入去試下。喺門口等咗一陣位就可以入座，入到去第一時間睇下有咩可以點嚟食，發覺真係有成超過60樣食，咁就點嚟試下，上菜時間都快同熱辣辣，味道以放題嚟講合格有餘啦，我哋食咗兩個鐘已經飽到捧住個肚走，抵食。

今日一行四人叫佐個午市套餐，服務質素勁差，雞腳鹹到阿媽都唔得，咕嚕肉又硬又凍。燒肉又硬，點心等咗一個鐘都未上，上湯菜心是凍的，體驗勁差，以後唔會幫襯。大家小心。

今天去点心放題11点至3点，11点15分去到，点了食物，等到12点，足足等了45分鐘，也沒有一個点心上枱，其間已通知侍應跟進2次，收到後也沒有真正跟進，附近6至7枱客也是這樣，我不是個別事件，無心做放題就不要做吧，真中伏！

晚市七點入座，叫二千幾套餐，食一個鐘多D待應開始執嘢，態度非常差，上菜粗魯，客人夾菜時多次被強行轉走轉盤，全程趕收工嘅態度。食物味精極多，片皮鴨厚度一個點！最離譜嘅係套餐裏面有三隻龍蝦，上菜嘅時候，已經搵唔到任何龍蝦尾，全碟蝦殼同手腳，有個衝動想砌返三隻龍蝦，問吓侍應啲肉去晒邊！？去到九點仲離譜，竟然打放學鐘，火警鐘響足10分鐘，部長侍應處變不驚唔處理，最好管理人員睇到呢個post，用火警鐘趕客走，想客人報消防，浪費警力同埋消防力？三千幾蚊買單，貼錢買難受！香港嘅飲食業就係比呢啲害群之馬害死！

喺沙田商業中心做嘢，如果打風落雨，唔想出去外面食飯，呢一間兩餸飯真係不二之選，今日四個同事叫咗以下兩餸飯，包括：1. 黃花魚 （黃花魚冇腥味，肉質新鮮嫩滑）2. 豬手 （豬手口感適中，唔過淋亦都唔過硬，有滿滿嘅骨膠原）3. 蕃茄蛋牛肉 （牛肉有好多片，蕃茄蛋酸味超級好，立即增加食慾）4. 椒鹽蝦 （椒鹽蝦超好味，同事話連殼食都可以）5. 魚香茄子肉碎 （重口味正常魚香茄子肉碎，因為本身超鍾意呢味餸，好味）6. 翠玉瓜炒肉片木耳 （因為好多肉點都要叫返啲菜中和下，多多翠玉瓜正）7. 豬扒 （呢個豬扒係唯一唔好食的🫣，好乾同埋好韌，不過只有佢一味餸唔好食其他都超好，所以都冇乜所謂）翻食指數：💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛🤍🤍
