即興約食飯唔知食乜好就決定大包圍打邊爐烚下烚下!朋友推介呢間港式邊爐,於是夜晚時間就直接walk in一坐低先揀個湯底,要左個招牌豬骨煲,個湯底本身已經好足料,有多舊豬骨,仲有蘿蔔、粟米等等,試咗啖湯都好鮮甜。打邊爐料方面叫咗本地手切肥牛、鮮蝦手工水餃、魚皮餃、鮮鵝腸、肉眼筋、白膳片、花皮片同油麥菜另外再叫左個小食麻辣皮蛋本地手切肥牛肉味香濃,不過脂肪分布就較少,所以無咁重油香但就食多幾片都唔會覺得漏!水餃建議必叫,蝦好新鮮彈牙,水餃調味做得好好,不禁令人一粒接一粒咁食。鮮鵝腸超級肥美,係膽固醇之選🤣好耐無見啲咁肥嘅鵝腸啦!肉眼筋又係必叫,口感爽口,食落有啲似豬頸肉,唔係好多地方有呢款肉叫,建議黎到要試一試。其他材料都係新鮮,味道正常,整體偏好。麻辣皮蛋個人就無食,但同行朋友表示譚x嘅做得好食啲。要試地道港式風味一定要試港式邊爐!而新明記就做到非常港嘅味道~ continue reading

新明記 打邊爐真係好食,每次去到必叫象拔蚌刺身,就算得我地2個人去都會開一條食,真係好新鮮,擺盤有心機,食完後開始打邊爐必叫豬肺湯底,夠足料,湯黎到先飲一碗潤下先,豬肺好好食,然後開始落花竹蝦,蝦好大隻,最鍾意食咁大隻蝦,同埋無黑色腸,最怕食蝦有黑色腸出現,另水餃係店內新鮮包好,餡內嘅蝦都較大隻,我比較喜歡食素,故每次都會叫竹笙食~台灣蠔都大隻厚肉有蠔味,~淮山麵每次都會叫兩個麵,一個堂食,另一個麵會煮好後打包返屋企宵夜啊… continue reading
