午市時段踏入佐敦的順德公漁村,店內早已座無虛席,食客絡繹不絕,熱鬧喧囂中傳來陣陣食物香氣。這家老字號如此多人捧場,食物質素顯然有口皆碑!點心、飯麵、小菜應有盡有。點心一上桌就超驚喜!雞扎堆得高高的,雞肉鮮嫩,還夾著鹹香火腿,咬下去層次豐富又多汁。豬肚燒賣個頭大,外皮Q彈,頂層豬肚脆爽,肉餡鮮香十足。叉燒腸粉皮薄薄一層,裡面塞滿肥瘦適中的叉燒,一口下去超滿足!每樣都是現點現蒸,熱氣騰騰。順德招牌粥更是必點!碗裡的鯇魚塊又大又嫩,魚肉鮮得不行,濃稠粥底吸飽魚鮮,暖胃又過癮。尖椒炒牛肉鑊氣十足,牛肉滑嫩,帶著尖椒的微辣超級下飯,份量也很實在。店裡滿是老香港的溫馨氛圍,服務員招呼熱情。如此多人慕名而來,果然是因為這裡地道的美味從不讓人失望! continue reading

朋友介紹下去佐敦一間河鮮小廚試菜,果然有驚喜。餐廳裝修走老派風格,磨砂玻璃屏風配圓枱,雖然保留咗舊式酒樓格局,但勝在空間夠寬敞,坐得舒服唔逼仄。主打菜式夠鑊氣,咕嚕肉炸得外層酥脆,酸甜醬汁掛肉均勻,開胃得來唔油膩;魚頭用砂煲焗得入味,魚肉鮮嫩帶焦香,火候掌握得啱啱好。最特別係招牌污糟雞,雖然個名搞笑,但雞肉嫩滑多汁,豉油香料醃得夠透,連雞胸部位都唔嚡口。整體份量足料,價錢合理,侍應招呼都幾親切,難怪多熟客推介。下次想食傳統風味小炒,呢度絕對係可以再encore嘅街坊飯堂! continue reading

今日同長輩來這間飲茶長輩介紹順德公漁村係佐敦有兩間分店,🦐 主打菜式是河鮮特色,鮮蝦、魚、魚頭、魷魚都是該店特色菜式,一間酒樓如果得到老人家的盛讚,應該都唔會差啩安蝦咸水角,比較大粒,油炸至外皮酥脆、内里软糯,咸香中带微甜蝦春卷,酥脆春卷皮包裹虾馅,蘸喼汁增鲜。椰汁黃金糕,甜點,可以看到形成“黄金”纹理蠔皇叉燒飽,蜜汁叉燒餡加蠔皇酱,甜咸交融鮮蝦豆苗餃,透亮水晶皮包裹虾与嫩豆苗,春天時时令之选頂級鮮蝦餃皇,餡料用整隻鲜虾,爽脆彈牙皮蛋瘦肉粥,綿滑米粥,瘦肉好多食唔晒環境比較復古,服務都唔錯 continue reading

難得同媽咪撐檯腳,帶左佢去佐敦偉晴街嘅順德公漁村河鮮酒家食傳統順德菜!呢間酒家開業26年,出名食材新鮮,廣受食客喜愛!今次食左晚飯套餐C $680(二位用)1️⃣ 家鄉煎釀二叔祖公二叔公即係鯪魚球同虎椒鯪魚肉打得極緻彈牙,外層煎至微焦脆,鑲在虎椒同蓮藕上,油光微閃如琥珀。蘸少許特色醬汁,鹹香與鮮甜更顯鄉土氣息。 2️⃣ 特式翅湯枱面蒸河鮮魚(另跟配堂灼唐生菜)呢道菜系儀式感與鮮味兼併,河鮮魚先稍微煎香,然後擺上蒸枱繼續慢火煮熟。魚湯鮮甜濃郁,加入多種食材(金華火腿,翅,姜粒,洋蔥,芫茜,瘦肉,魚骨)熬製而成。魚肉鮮味,嫩滑無細骨,生菜吸收魚湯精華入味鮮甜3️⃣ 金牌得獎銅盆蒸污糟雞(半隻)雞肉用銅盤蒸熟,揭蓋時香氣混著酒氣竄出。雞肉嫩滑,醬汁入味,入口先是頭抽鹹鮮,尾韻有淡淡酒香,令人回味。呢餐地道順德菜食得好飽足,雖然話係二人套餐,但套餐份量十足,三個人都絕對夠食!下次再帶多啲朋友黎一齊食! continue reading
