九龍城區從來都係出名泰國菜同潮州貨,今次有幸喺社交平台見到佢地出STORY Promotion,8月免開瓶、留收據7天再訂座85折等等一到門口已經好驚豔,因為好少見到呢種設計風格嘅「街檔」,一般都係酒店、大集團西餐廳先有Set Dinner $2xx起,正常收費,包湯、沙律、主菜同咖啡/茶,一般只可選湯或沙律沙律:水牛芝士波車厘茄沙律未試過有餐廳嘅是日沙律會投放咁多,真係非常滿意餐湯:蕃茄濃湯湯之濃郁係少有飲過,有少少感受到甘筍嘅味道,酸甜平衡,攪拌後有隔篩令佢更幼滑,非常落功夫炸牛油果條 $ 70一道少見嘅小食,牛油果軟滑,外皮超薄,炸得香脆炸蟹餅 $ 854粒,偏少,不過考慮到蟹肉成本高,而且好少賣兩位數,抵食重點中心濕潤,外層夠脆,再加不規則形狀,必定係自製,再加少少辣茄茸,真係好開胃免開瓶費係人頭計,兩位免兩枝,正常收費$150烤八爪魚足龍蝦汁意大利飯 $ 238八爪魚鬚因為未夠熟,外層嘅衣好韌,墨汁龍蝦汁意大利飯呢款雙色飯少見,味道幾唔錯飯粒做到意大利果重煙韌非爛飯嫩煎帶子四重芝士意大利雲吞 $ 248帶子大大隻有3粒煎到3成熟左右,絕無開半!四重芝士意大利雲吞皮厚,唔肯定係咪自製,整道菜因為用上菠菜忌廉汁令味道偏清淡,如果九牙菜同帶子換個位置,擺盤賣相會更好睇咖啡杯、碟、茶匙都係非常有格調,好有要求嘅餐具甜品:朱古力心太軟 $ 68另加!朱古力味濃郁,中間個心偏稠,只有少少流出來,不過反而咁樣冇浪費咗佢😂收費合理,環境優雅,食物都做到質素,會再去多次 希望其他菜式會更好 continue reading

去九龍塘唔一定要食泰國菜嫁,今日經過九龍城但係又唔想食泰國菜,行行下就見到一間英倫風的西餐廳,由門口嘅玻璃窗望入去,見到入面由藍色格調做主題,望落好舒服咁一於就入去試下。夜晚有一人set ,又有sharing dinner。我地兩個人就選擇左3 course dinner。頭盤選擇左沙律同湯。湯有兩款,一款Daily soup 係蕃茄湯,蕃茄湯好有蕃茄味,味道濃郁同埋有蔬菜味,另外一款加左$60蚊嘅海港漁夫湯都十分好飲,足料嘅海鮮湯有蝦有青口有蜆,味道豐富主菜叫左咸牛舌燴伊比利亞腸肉醬麻花捲通粉$228,咸牛舌有4塊,塊塊香口軟嫩,咬落去咸香咸香好好食😋同埋捲通粉捲埋啲牛肉汁同肉碎,好正另一款主菜黑安格斯封門柳$380,出面西冷肉眼牛柳就食得多,封門柳做牛扒就真係少,上網查番封門柳原來位於牛的橫膈膜的肌肉,其肉質鬆軟,不易變韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁而且每頭牛只有一條封門柳,部位刁鑽且稀少。原本叫嘅時候諗住叫七成熟,然後待應温馨提示我們因為封門柳嘅部位少油花,接近零活動如果七成會好鞋口,建議食三到五成。最後我地叫左三成,果然聽話嘅孩子有好嘢食,食落口肉質柔軟又腍,肉味又超級濃,配埋燒蒜一齊食,十級推介⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️最後食到飽飽飲番杯檸水解下肥🫢同埋個杯好令🫣今餐十分滿意👍🏼,期待下次再試其他嘢🙆🏻‍♀️ continue reading

同嗰個朋友響宋王臺嗰邊做完嘢想搵個地方舒舒服服食餐飯,跟住我就建議去返Chaplin,一來行過去唔係好遠,二來上次食完個牛肉都想試多一次睇吓係咪會唔同。今次去到已經做咗聖誕裝飾,感覺有更加重嘅英倫風嘅氣氛。因為今次得兩個人,所以叫咗個sharing combo,咁就可以試多少少嘢。另外加咗一份鴨肝多士,先講呢份多士,份量比想像中大份,外面微微脆,裏面啱啱好,係幾開胃嘅。兩個人分別叫咗兩款唔同嘅湯,兩個湯都好味,特別想提嘅係海鮮湯,足料得來真係飲到海鮮味道。Snack platter維持到上次嘅水準,今次同佢要咗多啲茄汁同埋多啲檸檬,直接將檸檬汁加落茄汁嗰度點嚟食更加好味。主菜方面分別叫咗一個黑松露忌廉牛肝菌戒指雲吞,同埋屠夫精選牛扒。個雲吞嘅份量足夠,重點係唔太膩,所以唔會食完覺得有滯嘅感覺,冇朋友好鍾意。屠夫牛扒就係我想返嚟試嘅原因,上次因為朋友嗌咗medium,我就覺得如果食生生啲會比較好,果然今次跟返我想嘅生熟度更加好味,當然呢個係個人口味啦。另外佢上面加嗰啲香葉同埋蒜蓉粒到好幫到手。特別想講嘅係佢個朱古力心太軟本身係好味嘅,但係個重點係響隻碟上面畫嗰張畫真係好有心好靚,絕對要俾個讚。最後題外話,我嗌咗杯Baileys Tiramisu唔係好濃味,但係好香,重點係親埋一套杯碟好靚。 continue reading
