屋企人接受唔到螺獅粉,唔可以响屋企煮,咁唯有出街食啦!問題係香港嘅螺獅粉店少之又少。好彩仲有秋香。之前响葵廣成日俾人話,咁嗰邊通風又確實唔好嘅。而家轉咗地鋪就乜問題都冇啦! 店內裝修簡潔乾淨。幾張4人枱,坐得好舒服。價錢同之前一樣,仲多咗啲小食套餐。炸蛋螺獅粉($46)食螺獅粉就一定要配炸蛋(我話嘅),炸蛋吸飽湯汁,等到最後食就真係滋味無窮。螺獅粉比米線Q彈,加埋啲配菜(豆角、酸笋、炸腐竹、花生),唔駛加餸都好豐富喇!豆筍套餐($20)套餐包一罐飲品,一碟小食。豆筍就似涼拌腐皮,唔辣嘅,好清爽。終於食到心心念念嘅螺獅粉喇!好滿足。下次再去幫襯。 continue reading

葵涌廣場 "臭名遠播" 嘅螺絲粉一直反應兩極,有人唔鍾意陣味,有人則一試愛上,而我就係後者,一直都係佢嘅 big fan ❤️ 早排佢地搬咗舖去葵廣外面,葵廣一樓有條天橋延伸落去高芳街,行前幾步轉右入榮芳路就見到。店舖空間大咗,以前張 bar 枱都有保留返放咗喺較入面嘅位置,仲請多咗個姐姐做樓面~~今次食個感覺同以前都有分別,炸豆皮我一般都會叫佢分開上,口感比以前更脆口。炸蛋水準都仲係會有少少飄忽,有時可以做到內裡都好鬆好似海綿咁吸哂d湯,但有時會有少少內餡變咗奄列咁,就唔吸湯,今次係比較好,但都有少少奄列餡,希望之後可以改善到。唔知係咪廚都轉咗,湯明顯比之前辣咗,BB辣變咗小辣咁,聽到隔離枱個姐姐都係咁話好辣 🤣🤣 以前 $8 嘅糯香檸檬茶我覺得如果以前俾人知道咁平,出面d手打檸檬茶應該冇得鬥 (你冇得同我架FC鬥呀呀呀呀呀!!),而家加咗價要 $14,都仲係好平! 今次個糯香檸檬茶好似走甜咁,但糯香就前所未有咁香濃,有好有唔好 🙈香港嘅螺絲粉我都試過幾間,暫時都仲係呢間最高質,而且最神奇嘅係,佢其實係最唔大陣臭味果間,喺門口外面基本上係聞唔到任何臭味,對唔鍾意陣味嘅人嚟講亦都影響最少。如果未試過螺絲粉,而又接受到陣味嘅話,我誠意推介你去試一試,話唔定會一試就返唔到轉頭 🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

螺絲粉只在大陸嘗試過,在香港就第一次食,在葵芳屋企附近新開咗一間秋香螺絲粉小店,所以就到來試一試,店內環境不大,設計簡約,座位不多,應該最多大約可以坐 20人,我們點選了一個招牌炸蛋螺絲粉及一個秘製牛腱螺絲粉,另外一杯糯香青檸檬茶及一個$20套餐,包一個飲品及一個小食,我選了青瓜及豆漿, 先講炸蛋螺絲粉,真的幾特別,炸蛋吸收了湯汁,幾好味道,而另外牛腱就幾軟林幾入味,如果下次再來就想试豬腳及鸭腎,我覺得這間螺絲粉的餸菜選擇比較多及特別, 整體都頗滿意。 continue reading
