To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友喺葵芳brunch,由朋友負責提議餐廳,佢㨂咗春水堂同茶泰,話兩者的價格親民,而我就負責2揀1。最後,揀咗茶泰,因0800-1130係早餐時段,$30-50已食到早餐,豐儉由人,仲有唔少早餐選項,反而春水堂冇早市,冇得對比。我第一次嚟茶泰食嘢,第一感覺係地方大,幾開揚,有室內同半室外用餐區。我哋坐室外位置而用餐區位於商場內,同戶外公園只有落地玻璃門之隔,可以享受一下間接的日光浴。對素食或追求健康的人士嚟講,餐廳提供到一啲啱食的早餐。有營健康早餐:有烚蛋2隻、無糖麥皮、香蕉同沙律菜,$37包餐飲。難得外食遇到咁健康同包含唔少原型食物的選項,喜出望外!烚蛋的雞蛋屬大號蛋,熟度剛好,雞黃都幾大隻。香蕉剛熟,1條切4件,方便進食。沙律菜份量唔算多,質素一般,配胡麻醬,勝在健康。無糖麥皮係真•無糖,冇加煉奶,適合實踐健康飲食的人,而麥皮份量唔算好多,應該唔會因食剩而浪費食物椰香咖啡:免費餐飲之一,唔需要加錢點選。呢款咖啡幾有特色。上檯時發覺呢度的熱飲份量比一般茶記多,咖啡冇預先加糖,椰香味未知係嚟自椰奶定coconut creamer,但飲落的確帶淡淡椰子味,唔加糖亦有風味雞扒早餐:朋友自稱食肉獸,要點一個多肉食而份量大的早餐。呢個餐包括厚多士1塊、蒜蓉汁雞扒、炒滑蛋、午餐肉同沙律。朋友話係$40+,作為brunch,佢份量足夠有餘,仲好抵食,同樣係跟餐飲整體嚟講,餐廳闊落,坐得舒服:半室外用餐區能讓人感受到被陽光照射的溫暖,而室內用餐區的座位就較舒適。食物方面,食材新鮮,取價公道,毋須加一,凍飲則+$3。餐廳位於新都會廣場,方便、易搵。非常推介!

呢間嘢,好似想親佢都好想幫襯,但係每次都已經過咗last order,因為佢哋好早就閂門🥹終於有一日唔使返工,可以早啲過去食同屋企兩老過咗去食晚飯~幫佢哋嗌咗個海南雞油飯,個油飯好香,個海南雞都好滑溜~豬頸肉就係Daddy食嘅,每次去泰國嘢都一定嗌個豬頸肉試一試,佢個豬頸肉燒得好香,個醬汁唔知係咩味呢,食完一件就好想追食吓一件,佢同平時啲豬頸肉有少少唔同,你當佢係有少少叉燒燒薄切嘅感覺啦~不過呢個份量唔多,如果可以大碟啲就好啦炒椰菜花就係我叫俾自己嘅,要試吓啲菜呀嘛~佢呢個啲醬汁都炒得好出色,但係份量都係好細份話說,同Daddy去食泰國嘢,佢一定會嗌冬陰功,今餐都唔例外,不過Daddy食嘢嘴刁~今次呢個冬陰功湯就過唔到佢個關啦,佢話冇乜味(不過佢食嘢好濃味,冇海鮮味冇冬陰功味咁我都梗係有試到啦,我淨係覺得佢個冬陰功奶味重,唔係好辣,又冇乜酸味,最重要係佢係海鮮冬陰功湯,但係唔見佢有海鮮🥲每次搵餐廳佢招呼我呢一個大老闆( Daddy )我都好緊張,因為每次都會俾佢評頭品足我帶佢去嘅餐廳,每次都好驚招呼佢不周😂所以我都嗌咗個佢鍾意食嘅薄餅,嗌得薄餅就要嗌多個咖喱,叫咗個咖喱軟殼蟹,因為佢指定話要食黃咖喱~個軟殼蟹幾好味,咖喱汁就真係冇乜,不過個包就好脆,但係因為我唔可以食太多碳水,所以咬咗少少就算,不過真係好脆👍🏻最後就係點解我每一次都經過嘗試呢一間餐廳嘅原因就係由我見到佢門口餐牌嘅呢一道菜泰式烤骨呢個係豬骨嚟嘅,佢個汁係有啲酸酸哋,上碟嘅時候係勁多勁多勁多蔥鋪咗喺面,有個火爐喺底一路坐熱, 佢個份量都好多,最後食唔晒攞咗返屋企~第二日整返嚟食都一樣係咁好最後仲有個甜品芒果糯米飯其實食物都幾OK,喺屋企人腌尖啲啫❤️🔥❤️🔥🥹

朋友啱啱外地返嚟,約食晚飯比手信我,我係openrice選左兩間葵芳餐廳佢㨂,佢話想食泰國菜,所以今晚就揀左呢間茶泰。大大的餐牌滿載多款食物,最吸引的是烤魚,我哋揀咗一半冬陰功湯底烤魚,睇見佢相片好大,諗緊兩個人應該夠食,可以點多個菜,應該可以好滿足。店員話我問下單,原來我哋點咗三個都係晚餐有三杯野飲,她介紹我們可以加八蚊有冬日特色飲品,所以我哋叫左兩杯熱飲,一杯凍飲。芒芒椰椰,由芒果汁椰奶打成,同埋粒粒爆珠,飲完都半飽,食完烤魚咁熱,飲呢個啱啱好。黑枸杞桑椹茶,調和氣血、滋陰補腎、養肝明目,對於平時用電腦用得多嘅我哋,好適合。荔枝桂園紅棗茶,在冬天提升元氣、促進新陳代謝、養顏美容, 女仕佳品。係眾多款菜入面,我地揀左飛天通菜。店員首先為我們送上菜,他的份量十足,用一座小山形容不為過,最近睇很多健康養生貼士,他建議外出食飯要食蔬菜先,之後食肉類,再食澱粉質,所以好高興這間餐廳可以先上飛天通菜。通菜上來時依然翠綠,非常爽口,配上蒜蓉碎,指天椒,醬汁,炒到剛剛熟,通菜才不會變黑。泰式冬陰功烤魚,目測條魚起碼一斤以上,我喜歡它放上芫茜,打芫茜浸落冬陰功湯,煮一會,帶出芫茜獨特香味。同時,平時冬陰功湯有嘅蕃茄仔,雜菌等材料,這個湯依然會有,加上魚本身嘅鮮味,香味匯聚,朋友不斷叫我飲湯先飲湯先,話個湯好好味。魚肉非常鮮甜,只是食嘅時候要專心,小心細少魚骨。以168蚊這個價錢,絕對係物超所值。泰國菜我通常都會食金邊粉,所以點多一個泰香金不換炒金邊粉。 他五蚊大細嘅鮮蝦非常吸睛,也有豆乾,炒蛋,芽菜,金不換等配料和金邊粉一起炒乾身,味道帶點甜,上面灑上少少芝麻,增加香味。食完魚,再食金邊粉,飲埋杯芒芒椰椰,非常飽。七點半來到只可坐高枱,但高枱的位置細,點完條魚就無辦法放到好多其他菜,店員非常配合上菜擺位,盡量讓我們食得舒適。食下食下又到九點半,快樂嘅時光過得特別快。滿分為10分(一分最低,10分最高)食物:9環境:9衛生:9服務:9價錢:9舒適度:9總分:9
