聽聞藍田同葵廣都有焗啡菇食,藍田平點,但既然順路葵廣就來試左呢間先。鋪面,就簡單的一張細細收銀枱同飲品櫃。去到時無咩人排隊,反而對面的手捲同貓麵多人排。因為即時整,要等十分鐘。$30 芝士牛油果啡菇新鮮整,梗係熱辣辣既。焗既時間幾好,但看落有點單調。其實不是我故意要翻出來,只是我「凌空」把他一開四時它自己反出來的。幸好菇算稔,「凌空」震震下咁都切得開無打翻。我諗就咁用叉都叉得開。(枱仔都無一個人食呢類食物會幾雞手鴨腳)啡菇夠厚,唔會焗得太乾,上面芝士都焗得剛剛好。啡菇同牛油果本身就係好食又易夾既,所以呢個產品都唔會唔好食,個味夾埋係match既。美中不足係一切開就果菇芝士分離。個薯蓉是咸味的,但就只有落左鹽既咸味,單調得來同牛油果及啡菇其實唔夾。連調配薯蓉都懶唔值呢個價。講真自己都整到,好易被取代。下一站藍田

呢間舖有幾種啡菇食法,今次食佐牛油果啡菇。啡菇均一價$30,配薯蓉。啡菇size對比價錢嚟講好細,牛油果係真係幾有料,唔係行嗰幾片仔了事,而係一粒粒咁。每4分1件菇大概有兩粒牛油果。不過可能因為芝士重,咸香蓋過佐牛油果味,唔係好食得出薯蓉不少少太咸,不過個味都ok ge

行過呢頭,又好肚餓,見到呢間幾吸引,如是試吓!芝士流心蛋啡菇 配手打薯蓉($30)大大隻厚肉多汁嘅磨菇上面有一隻流心蛋,上面再舖滿燶燶哋嘅芝士,睇見已經好吸引!一切開啲蛋汁流晒出嚟,再浸滿薯蓉,天啊好好味呀!!!雖然菇的確冇乜調味,但軟滑芝士味夠濃,勝過一切!口感非常好,食到最尾係唔捨得食晒嘅!芝士磨菇牛角包 ($20)晏咗啲食,但個牛角包都唔算變得好淋,質感都仲幾鬆軟,仲有牛油香添;一打開就係舖滿芝士及磨菇片,雖然有好多芝士,但係磨菇片比較少喎!雖然食落口感都OK,但比起上嚟大磨菇就好食啲了

幫襯過呢間兩次,一次食XO醬粉腸粉$2x! 以為好重味,但鼓油味太勁,冇乜XO醬味。飽係飽但唔好味,食返傳統混醬腸粉仲好!另一次食佢主打,朱古力棉花糖多士$23。主打都,棉花糖用低價嘅貨色!朱古力醬都係!店主真係要加油!
