i chef kitchen has taken a modern vibe to create its name, featuring elegant and yummy western cuisine like pasta, pizza, and sizzling pepper rice lunch sets.Smoked Salmon & Onsen Egg Confit in Lemon Cream Sauce with Spaghetti or Rice ($48) served with green salad, soup of the day, and hot drinks. The ooey gooey runny egg yolk is something we could not wait to try. We wish we can just put down the camera and dig in right away. Egg and pasta combination can never fail, adding smoked salmon slices on top brings the dish to a whole new level with its freshness and natural saltiness. 新開食民營內發現有間穩世食店,I chef kitchen嘅大㕑係五星級酒店出身㗎,食物果然有保證!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻只睇賣相已夠吸引、食物又新鮮、味道更加唔洗問!果然酒店級水準!但平民化價錢! 今次點咗3個餐,西班牙薄餅、溫泉蛋煙三文魚檸檬忌廉汁配飯、雞肉火腿蕃茄汁配飯!2個飯餐都配上餐湯、沙律&飲品!而今日餐湯係青豆薯仔薄荷湯,試第一啖湯,嘩!估唔到薯仔湯係可以做到咁清新口味喔! 溫泉蛋煙三文魚檸檬忌廉汁配飯,真係喜出望外!我平時唔like食煙三文魚,因為大部分都又咸又鞋!但今次試咗啖,竟然有清淡煙薰味之外,仲要肉質鮮美又滑滑!溫泉蛋又做到半生熟,合到好處!😋😋雞肉火腿蕃茄汁配飯,初時肉眼望上去,以為係平時普通雞扒,點知咬一啖雞肉竟然嫩滑到不得了喎!2個飯套餐都配上和風沙律,D菜好新鮮爽脆吖!香港人平時多肉少菜,套餐唔單止有湯,仲加埋沙律,真係好細心喔!最後係西班牙薄餅,材料用上巴馬風乾火腿、水牛芝士、車厘茄+茄醬!薄餅底做到好香脆,水牛芝士配上巴馬火腿,兩者味道不單止好匹配,而且水牛芝士仲香軟到可以拉出一絲絲芝士呀!😋😋😋😋以後又多個美食之地啦,下次一定要試埋鐡板套餐! continue reading
