Smoked Salmon & Onsen Egg Confit in Lemon Cream Sauce with Spaghetti or Rice ($48) served with green salad, soup of the day, and hot drinks. The ooey gooey runny egg yolk is something we could not wait to try. We wish we can just put down the camera and dig in right away. Egg and pasta combination can never fail, adding smoked salmon slices on top brings the dish to a whole new level with its freshness and natural saltiness. Not to mention that we could get some healthy omega-3 from the salmon! Yum!
