之前都係堂食多!到會都係第一次👍🏻個個同事都讚話我揀得好!啲刺身同壽司都好肥味!個蝦好好食!因為我鍾意食希靈魚,所以專登叫左少少!真係好好食!啲size全部都好大份!真係好滿足。每款壽司刺身都係好肥,好靚!好新鮮!漁吉有款雞皮餃,我之前都未試過,今次第一次食,好有驚喜!好好食!但要激讚既係,佢地個碗,好實淨!我估佢哋係用心搵啲高質量既碗比客人用!呢個係要讚!正

伏! 伏! 伏! 堂食好好哋一個丼飯用膠餐盒, 食物沾染塑膠味影響食慾; 再者, 明明餐牌及過往食客圖片顯示使用圓形碗盛戴丼飯, 上餐時卻收到長方形膠盒盛戴丼飯, 這是台式便當盒飯嗎?到店實測發現製成品與網上所謂好評落差甚大!北海帆立丼($168)嘅海膽一來唔新鮮、二來乾硬;魚籽份量少得可憐, 唔知以為廚師逐粒數完先擺盤;帆立貝燒到似食緊中餐嘅炒帶子。最離譜係寶石魚生丼($98)入邊冇三文魚!真令人費解, 工廈食肆個丼飯單點價, 比市區同類套餐至少貴三成! 貴之餘又冇服務! 連茶水都無杯, 職員話要自費買水。最後, 得番賣相勉強睇得下, 呃到人!總結: 貴! 食水深! 唔會再黎!

上週末,我拔草去到親民好去處—漁吉海鮮丼專門店。呢間小店內裝憨慢吓,無花巧嗰種,但食物就真係正!我試咗佢地嘅招牌蟹王丼,色香味俱全,啱晒打卡又添飽肚皮。蟹肉鬆化入口,蟹膏黏稠惹味,每啖都令人回味無窮。添上三文魚籽爆漿感,嗰種「卜卜脆」嘅口感實在太過癮。仲有嗰海膽,鮮滑得來又唔腥,識食嘅你點可以錯過?店員嘅服務又好,叫嘢食等都唔洗等多陣,準時有得嗌。正所謂,老實食物,唔騙食嘅港人。我諗我會再回味無窮,不錯過每一次同漁吉嘅約會!如果你都想食到咁嘅好料,就快啲黎呢度掃個夾啦!🦀🍣🎉

漁吉特選丼丼飯包含了勁多款刺身,包括有三文魚、油甘魚、磯煮飯魚、海膽、三文魚籽、櫻花魷魚、赤蝦、左口魚邊和帆立貝,每件都超級新鮮,厚切又肥美,尚算整齊咁排係飯上面,唔錯👍各式刺身食入口都非常鮮甜,落埋壽司專用豉油和washabi , 令佢地的鮮味更搶眼🦑係咁多款刺身入面,我就特別喜歡勁大粒又厚肉的帆立貝,經火槍炙燒,食落外脆內嫩,又甜又多汁,超正👍👍👍丼飯就採用日本珍珠米飯,粒粒都雪白圓潤,食落煙韌軟熟,同刺身勁夾🌟順帶一提,餐廳會提供壽司豉油,但每碗刺身丼飯只會有一小瓶🫢撈飯黎講唔係好夠😮💨
